| Effective homework management can reduce the burden of students,but also conducive to the growth of students.Due to the particularity of the region,rural education is relatively backward.To help rural junior high school students improve the effectiveness of homework management and give full play to the maximum value of homework is particularly important for family school cooperative education and comprehensive promotion of students’ development.Homework management is a whole,including homework purpose management,assignment management,content management,evaluation management,and the responsibilities of each participant.Using self-compiled questionnaires,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 642 students in 7 rural junior high schools in Guangdong Province,and 10 head teachers,10 parents and students were interviewed to gain insight into the current situation,existing problems and causes of homework management of rural junior high school students.The investigation and analysis found that the purpose of homework management for rural junior high school students is not clear,and the management awareness is weak;the assignment of homework is unbalanced,the partial subject is serious,the assignment of homework time is unreasonable,and the time is invalid;the content of the homework assigned by teachers is one size fits all,lacking pertinence and homework The content type is relatively single;homework evaluation focuses on the supervision function,lacks the ability to cultivate students,feedback focuses on verification feedback,and lacks opportunities for students to train again.Based on this,this paper designs an educational action research program for improving homework management of rural junior middle school students,and carries out three rounds of educational action research practice for three months among 53 students in a rural junior middle school.In the first round of educational action research,students are allowed to preliminarily design homework and make clear the management purpose of homework;in the second round,homework assignment and homework evaluation management are adjusted and improved through group cooperation management mode and adding diversified evaluation;in the third round,homework assignment is increased by means of information technology Business management,evaluation of management interest and improve homework content management.The results of the action research show that the practice program has a positive effect on the purpose and content of homework.Based on the status quo survey and educational action research,countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the homework management of rural junior high school students are put forward.In terms of purpose management,enhancing effective cognition and making it clear that homework can effectively enhance the comprehensive development of students,as well as teachers and parents coordinate management strategies.In terms of distribution management,formulate the best time interval for homework,coordinate the frequency of homework assignments in various subjects,and guide students to manage their homework time.In content management,students’ independent design,hierarchical settings,and diversified types are strengthened.In terms of evaluation management,it is necessary to optimize the correction method,adopt multiple evaluation methods,focus on incentive evaluation,improve the timeliness and quality of teacher feedback,and use network platforms to optimize homework evaluation.Finally,clarify the responsibilities of school administrators,teachers,students,parents or guardians,and work together to effectively help rural junior high school students manage their homework. |
