As a treasure of Chinese culture for thousands of years,Chinese characters are an important carrier of inheriting Chinese culture.They not only record and preserve Chinese culture,but also contain rich cultural information.It is the bounden mission of primary school students to write Chinese characters correctly,beautifully and regularly.However,no good attention has been given to classroom writing teaching in primary schools.In the process of writing,students do not pay attention to the standard of font,and ignore the cultivation of writing ability.As a result,the overall writing level of primary school students is relatively low.With the introduction of compulsory education curriculum standard for Chinese character writing,standardizing Chinese characters has become the key content in the learning process of primary school students in ethnic minority areas.The research is carried out through literature research,classroom observation,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods.From the research,it is found that the reasons affecting the Chinese character writing of primary school students in ethnic minority areas are as follows: first,teachers are lack of Chinese character cultural knowledge;second,teachers and students have insufficient understanding of writing teaching;third,the writing teaching evaluation method is single;finally,students are influenced by their first language habits.Through the action research,we have understood the actual classroom learning situation of Chinese characters,and based on proper analysis,we put forward that teachers should improve the interest of writing teaching.It can be achieved through the following methods: to infiltrate Chinese cultural knowledge in writing teaching,and stimulate students' interest in writing Chinese characters by setting good examples,using celebrity stories and organizing competitions.Also,It is necessary to improve students' understanding of writing teaching,specifically including the cultivation of students' interest in writing and their standardized writing awareness,as well as their “transfer ability” in writing Chinese characters and correct writing attitude.We should strengthen the gradient training in writing teaching,including the instruction of stroke writing,the correct writing of radicals,and the good habit of observing Chinese characters.
