Ideological and political theory course is the key course to carry out the basic task of cultivating people by virtue,and the key to run the ideological and political theory course well is teachers.High school thought political lesson teacher to be appointed as the new strength of thought political lesson teacher team and the main force of the future,there is lack of awareness of self professional development and the environment does not adapt the new job,and get along with the students and their parents and other skills,such problems as lack of career satisfaction and happiness,which appeared on the thought political lesson teacher don't agree with this role,If there is an opportunity to leave the teaching team,the treatment of ideological and political teaching is muddle along,is not conducive to the improvement of the core quality of students.The main reason is that the junior high school ideological and political teachers' professional development ability is insufficient.There are many factors affecting the professional development of teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the factors affecting the professional development of junior high school ideological and political teachers for improving their professional consciousness,enhancing the teaching effect of high school ideological and political courses,and promoting the comprehensive and personalized development of students.Through further research,it is found that the internal factors affecting the professional development of junior high school ideological and political teachers mainly include professional identity,educational belief,professional knowledge and ability,and consciousness of independent professional development.Professional identity plays a key role in professional development,education belief is the spiritual support of professional development,professional knowledge and ability are the foundation of professional development,and the consciousness of independent professional development provides a steady stream of power for professional development.The external factors that influence the ideological and political teachers of junior high school mainly include important others,teaching competition,school management and school-based teaching research.The important others are the principal and the orientation instructor,and their influence is mainly manifested in the help and adaptation of the orientation.Teaching competitions such as open class and heterogeneous teaching in the same class provide a platform for teachers' professional development.Rigid and quantitative school management will hinder the professional development of teachers;Effective school-based teaching research is an important way to promote teachers' professional development.By means of A teacher's professional development course and the influence of internal and external factors of teachers' professional development A research,we,for the high school ideological and political teachers to be appointed,their professional development is the key to improve professional identity,strengthen independent professional development consciousness is an important drive of their professional development,through school-based teaching and research to build teacher professional community is an effective way to their professional development,It is an important guarantee for the professional development to "reduce the burden" on teachers and enable them to focus on the core work of ideological and political teaching.Providing more opportunities for teachers to go out for communication and training can help their professional development.
