Research On Rural Community Livelihood Development In Gansu

The targeted poverty alleviation and winning the battle of poverty alleviation provide opportunities and development space for social work to play a role in rural community development.It not only provides opportunities for the localization and development of social work,but also promotes the development of rural communities.Professional social organizations have achieved certain achievements and experience in the practice of supporting aspiration and wisdom in poverty alleviation.Reflect on the role and function of social organizations in targeted poverty alleviation,summarize the deficiencies and experience of previous intervention,and explore and improve social organizations to better serve rural social development after the overall poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,which is of important and urgent significance for consolidating the effect of poverty alleviation,preventing the return to poverty and connecting rural revitalization.This paper takes the community development project of a social organization as an example,takes the perspective of multidimensional poverty theory and empowerment theory,and analyzes the problems of the rural community with the regional development model.In the research method,the literature and content analysis.The following three problems were studied specifically.Firstly,the project on the rural livelihood assets of Yuzhong County and affected in what aspects? Secondly,what is the improvement of the left-behind women's mutual assistance group in rural communities?Thirdly,what changes are the help of social workers ' companionship to left-behind rural children and the future development of rural areas? Summarize the experience and deficiencies of improving the livelihood development ability of the rural community.The implementation of the project has partly promoted the economic development of the rural community,provided a path for the rural community residents to participate in community affairs,accompany rural left-behind children and provided guidance for the future development of the village.Reflecting on the experience and deficiencies of social organizations involved in poverty alleviation,and discussing and improving the efficiency of social organizations to better serve the development of rural areas after helping the overall poverty alleviation is of important and urgent significance for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and connecting the rural revitalization strategy.Through the review of the whole project,it is concluded that the project has somewhat enhanced the local livelihood assets,enhanced the awareness and ability of rural residents in the community to participate in community affairs,and enriched the life of left-behind children through the company of social workers.According to the conclusion,the need to promote rural livelihood needs to enhance the ability of rural market participation,play the linkage role of social organizations to participate in rural community construction,and propose outflow personnel to work and revitalize rural communities.
