The CPC Central Committee and the State Council pointed out in the "Opinions on the Implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy" that we should attach great importance to the development of rural compulsory education,give priority to the development of rural education,build a good and strong rural teacher team,and promote the balanced development of basic education.The Opinions on the National Reform of Deepening the Construction of Teacher Teams in the New Era and the Action Plan for the Revitalization of Teacher Education(2018-2022)point out that it is necessary to actively promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers,especially to improve the ethics and professional ability of rural primary and secondary school teachers and promote the improvement of rural education level in China.Rural music teacher is an important component of rural teachers and a key factor to improve the quality of rural music education.This paper studies the professional development of music teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Weishan County,Dali City,Yunnan Province by means of investigation,interview and observation.The content of the study includes five parts: Chapter One,the theoretical elaboration of teacher professional development.Based on the theory of post-modern constructivism music pedagogy and teacher professional development(including teacher learning theory,reflection theory and cooperation theory),this chapter provides theoretical support for the research method and path implementation of music teachers' professional development in rural primary and secondary schools in Weishan County.The second chapter,the Weishan County rural primary and secondary school music teachers professional development status research.In this chapter,research methods such as investigation and observation are adopted to collect relevant data and objectively describe the status quo of their professional development.The third chapter studies the foreign teacher professional development model.This chapter takes the micro-certification model of teacher professional development in the United States and the learning community model of teacher professional development in Singapore as cases,analyzes the important role of the two models in promoting teacher professional development in the United States and Singapore,and puts forward some references for the professional development of rural music teachers in China.The fourth chapter,Weishan County rural music teachers professional development promotion strategy.The fourth chapter,Weishan County rural music teachers professional development promotion strategy.This chapter by collecting a large amount of data and the model of learning abroad,think to strengthen rural music teacher professional development consciousness,improve the ability of rural music teachers' curriculum development,develop rural music teachers training,with the aid of informationization means to promote music teachers' teaching ability,improve the rural music course importance,perfect rural music teachers' social support,etc.,can effectively promote the rural music teacher professional development level.
