With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform of basic education in China,School-based Teaching Research is also gradually moving towards deepening and perfection.In order to make school-based teaching and research play a real role,T school has set up a complete set of management system from top planning,process management,inspection,monitoring,evaluation and incentive.This not only promotes the development of students,improves the professional quality of teachers,but also improves the teaching quality of the school.It is a powerful driving force and an important guarantee to promote the development of education and teaching in T school.But in the actual school-based teaching and research activities,the substantive effect is weak,or little effect,the school still has a long way to go in the improvement of management ability.This study integrated use of literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,three campus in T 217 managers and participants of the school-based teaching and research as sample,the objective description of the school management under the present situation of school-based teaching and research,combining the theory of quality management,found the school in the planning organization,implementation,check monitoring,evaluation incentive four aspects of the management problems and the reasons for this.In the planning and organization of school-based teaching and research management,T school mainly has the problems of insufficient support from superior management departments and personnel,unclear division of responsibilities of each department,and lack of precision and rationality of the plan.In the management work of process implementation,we found that T school's activity resources integration and arrangement ability is not good,the form of the activity is more than the content,professional guidance and school expert leadership is not enough.In the aspect of inspection and monitoring,the problems such as blocked innovation of management concept,imperfect system and lack of actual monitoring action are more prominent.In terms of evaluation and incentive,the evaluation of school-based teaching and research in T school is a mere formality,lacking of professional evaluation guidance,the incentive function of evaluation is not obvious,and the process rating and incentive are insufficient.In addition,after research and analysis,the following suggestions for improvement are put forward: in the planning organization,attention should be paid to the establishment of ideas,structural adjustment and clear functions.In process implementation,it emphasizes system improvement,resource support and teacher team construction.In the aspect of inspection and monitoring,we should pay attention to face up to the role and institutional constraints.In the evaluation of incentives should focus on ideological guidance,system construction and strategic supplement.The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of school-based teaching and research management in T school,and then enhance the effectiveness of its school-based teaching and research,and at the same time,provide ideas and paths for the innovative development of teaching and research management in schools with similar situations.
