Since the primary education professional had incorporated in the higher normal university system in 1998,the primary education major students in normal university appeared only pay attention to the study of discipline theory knowledge,ignore the education practice ability training,the teaching practice ability of graduates is not very good,can not adapt to the education teaching work quickly.More people pay attention to improve the education practical ability of teacher,the study on education practice courses of primary education begin to enter people's horizons,how to improve the quality of practice for students in primary education is very urgent.Deming is called "the father of quality management ",he attaches importance to improving quality,his quality management theory has been widely applied in the field of education management,there are many references for school management and teaching quality from his theory.Quality management is not take the quality as the manage consent but is the management activities in order to improve the quality.In order to strengthen the education for students' practice ability in elementary education,improving the quality of school-running,we have to implement effective management to practice courses on primary education major.The article is based on the analysis of education practice courses management status of the primary education major in Inner Mongolia normal university basic education institute,find the problems of education practice curriculum management,from the essence of the Deming quality management theory,help to solve the problem of enlightenment,clear the substances and goals of education practice courses management,carry out effective control in the management processes,ensure the quality of course provision,course implement and course evaluation,establish a perfect management mechanism,realize the effective management of education practice courses of primary education major,to make the students improve education practice ability.The article mainly includes four parts:The first part mainly discussed the significance of this thesis topic,define the meaning of primary school education professional,education practice course,quality management,generalizes the related research results,elaborate the study ideas and methods.Second part introduce the growing experience of Deming,the quality management theory: management of 14 points,Deming circle(PDCA cycle),the five deadly problems in the process of management,analysis the essence of Deming quality management thoughts.The third part choose primary education major of Inner Mongolia normal university basic education institute as a case study,Introduces the development situation,the present situation of education practice courses management,find out the problems.The fourth part based on the analysis of education practice courses management situation and problems,According to the characteristics of the primary education professional education practice course,draw lessons from Deming quality management theory,help to improve the quality of primary school education professional education practice courses management.In the conclusion part review the full text,it is necessary to take dialectic view of theory reference meaning and enlightenment,and clarify the research limitations.
