The Quality Of The Deming Management Thoughts And Its Revelation For The School Management

Deming is one of modern quality management experts today. He carried out the long-termspread and practice of quality management in Japan and the United States, which opened up anew chapter in the modern quality management movement. Quality management is used toimprove the quality of the organization management methods in the enterprise management.His thoughts of management reveal the needs of humanistic management and ideas ofhumanistic management. The study of the quality management of Deming helps us a lot inthinking about and solving the existing education quality problems.No matter in the enterprise or the education field, quality is an eternal topic. Deming’squality management theory has been set up in the past half century. His human-orientedmanagement ideas that such as paying attention to education and creating a harmonious happyatmosphere still have important significance. As a matter of fact, all of the new changes areextracted from the old theoretical framework,so the researches on the quality management ofDeming have more practical meaning in the current. Along with the advancement of highereducation expansion, the quality of education slows down, which becomes the focus ofattention of the parties. With the growing of the problems in the quality of education in schoolsand management,we urgently need to find methods to improve the quality of education inschools. The research studies the quality management concept of Deming and focuses on howto improve education quality management which has an important practical significance.In the hopes of enlightenment to improve the quality of education, the article introduces theidea of quality management of Deming to the education management in order to solve theproblems in education through management experience and ideas. The Paper includes four parts.The first part is the introduction, which mainly discusses the important meaning of Deming’squality management theory that in strengthening the quality of education in schools. With theanalysis of literature and comparative research, we introduce the present domestic andinternational researches of the Deming’s quality management ideas to improve the quality ofeducation in schools. We also have sorted out the related concept. The second part of the paperbriefly introduces Edwards Deming’s life, his academic achievements and the impact of histheory. Furthermore, we do systematically dissertation about the quality management concept ofDeming. With the reading of Deming’s original work, we expound the essence of Deming‘sideas of quality management in the third part.Combining the fact in the final part,we summarizethe enlightenment of Deming’s quality management ideas in the current reform of domesticeducational quality management.
