Content:Since the 21st century,along with the economic development,our country living standards had a very big enhancement.But,our country young people's health condition assumed the declining trend in recent years.The track and field meet takes sports' elementary project to develop the young people's strength,the endurance,the speed,flexibility,pliable and other items of physical quality to have the very good effect.Therefore strengthening the track and field teaching in the school sports teaching is enhances the student physique to be the most direct and important way.So the track and field has held the quite great proportion in the school sports.Yulin is situated at north of Shanxi part,is the state-level energy chemical industry base.In the last few years the Yulin economy, politics,culture,society constructed have realized the jump type development, Yulin sports' work also had the very big development,but young people foundation sports work in drop.This article in profits from the literature material in the foundation,uses the questionaire,the interview to investigate 20 urban middle school teachers and student track and field teaching in Yulin and pointed out the questions in the Yulin urban middle school physical education track and field teaching,draws the following conclusion and the suggestion in view of the present existent questions:1.the Yulin urban middle school track and field place is insufficient,teachers are limit,students are many,school main leaders take literature exams seriously but omit the PE work.The work treatment is low and the enthusiasm is not high, had certain influence to the track and field teaching.2.the teacher and the student manner is not positive in the track and field teaching,the study effect is not good.Although the teacher has had training with the class changes,but the ideological concept has not transformed.Displaying in the teaching goal formulation,the course content arrangement,in the teaching method use is quite conservative,the innovation to be insufficient.3.We should strengthen training,transform the teaching concept of teachers, exchang the platform,use the network to communicate among PE teachers, increase the opportunity of communication of the PE teachers,strengthen the track and field teaching theory,raise the vocational level together.
