The flow of talents in colleges and universities can not only bring vigor and vitality to the academic ecosystem,but also the internal demand of the academic development of talents in colleges and universities.In the context of China,the frequent flow of university talents is a new demographic phenomenon in recent years.The construction of "Double First-Class" promotes the fierce "talent competition" among universities to compete for talents,provides choice opportunities and market for the flow of talents in universities,and reduces the flow cost.As the flow of talents becomes more and more frequent,people always seek development in the flow.However,whether the flow really promotes personal development and what kind of flow is more conducive to development are worth exploring.In this context,it is particularly important to pay attention to the influence of talent flow on academic development.There are many researches on the flow of talents,but few researches on the impact of the flow of talents on the funding of scientific research projects.Research project funds reflect teachers' ability to acquire external resources and can be used as an indicator to measure teachers' academic development.This paper selects professors from 17 comprehensive universities in the "985 Project" as the research objects,combines the projects of the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Social Science Foundation,and uses the CV analysis and statistical analysis to study the current situation of talent flow and the influence of talent flow on the academic development of talents.Studies have found that women are less mobile;Rational flow is still the mainstream;Mobility is greatest in the tenth year of the highest degree;The number of migrants is greatly affected by the policy;The Chinese Academy of Sciences is the main source of talents.China's ability to attract foreign talents is weak,and has a high degree of intra-regional mobility.As for the impact of talent flow on academic development,overall,talent flow promotes academic development.Specifically,the "long-term increment" effect of talent flow is more significant.Discipline differences have no obvious influence on academic development after the flow of talents.The increase of males was higher than that of females;The difference of organization types affects the growth of scientific research funds.The results of this study are significant in several ways.For college teachers,it is helpful for them to determine the direction of development according to their own conditions.For colleges and universities,it is helpful for them to formulate appropriate development strategies for introducing talents.At the same time,it is conducive to the development of relevant theories on the development and management of university teachers,and to enrich relevant research.
