Minority and Han students mixed class which is based on the foundation of Ethnic Minority Classes is a new kind of class. With the interaction of the teachers and students, the metabolic and developmental teacher-student relationship is formed, which is the base of all class management activities. However, compared with the single culture background in an ordinary class, the teacher-student relationship within their different understanding of part Chinese culture, differences among the age and culture between them is faced with a lot of disharmonious note, which makes the class management of Minority and Han students mixed class have difficulty in taking a step. Human beings are culture lives. Therefore, by doing questionnaire、interviews and observations,it conducts an exhaustive explanation and analysis on cultural conflicts between the students and the teachers resulting from their three different types of differences,attempting to gain ways of strategies of the establishment of harmonious teacher-student relationship.This study is composed of five parts. In the first part, the causes of choosing the topic, the purposes and its’ meaning, the research background and study methods are introduced. The second part focuses on the introduction of the information of D middle school of Sichuan province 、the present unharmonious teacher-student relationship according to the three different types of cultural influence. The third part, the cause of national schools’ classroom culture is discussed from four aspects of schools, teachers, students and families. The forth part,the author analysis the definition of harmonious teacher-student relationship and the reason why we need to build a kind of harmonious teacher-student relationship;The fifth part, at the basis of front parts, the author explores principles of building harmonious teacher-student relationship and puts forward the strategies---to create multi-cultural atmosphere, cultivate students’ intercultural communicative competence, and use teachers’ leading role’. etc.
