Geography teaching material is a teacher "teaching" and students "learning" of the important resources,and the image system as an organic part of geography teaching material surface system,has the characteristics of intuitive,image,vivid,is the student understand the surface characteristics of geographic things,grasp the geographical spatial distribution law of things,analyzing the inner link between the elements of geographical objects.Teachers should have a full understanding of the teaching material image system,and be able to flexibly and efficiently use the teaching material image system,giving play to the value of the teaching material image system.Firstly,this paper defines and summarizes the concepts of "image system","geographic image","old and new textbooks" involved in the paper by means of literature research,and expounds the theoretical basis of the research.Then apply statistical induction,comparison analysis research of old and new teaching material profile image system,respectively from the name of the image type,image,image chosen time and region,image combination the image in the aspects of image system was summarized and statistics,analysis of statistical results,test the change of the image will be the new teaching material system with the new curriculum reform,the change of new corresponding,analyze the reasons for such changes;The paper discusses the relation between the image system and the text system and the activity system.After analyzing the image system of the teaching material,the paper proposes the application strategy of the image system of the new teaching material with the guidance of the new curriculum reform and the new curriculum standard and the goal of cultivating the core quality of geography,so as to promote the formation of students' core quality through the image teaching,and analyzes the image cases in the teaching material.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,combined with other versions of the new teaching materials,the author puts forward Suggestions on the republication of the new teaching materials image system.This paper is expected to analyze the changes and discuss the reasons through the comparative study of the image system of the old and the new geography teaching materials in the people's education edition,so as to put forward some strategies for the adhibition of the image system of the geography teaching materials and provide some references for the compilation of the image system of the geography teaching materials in the upcoming day.
