For primary school art teaching,with the help of art courses can effectively enhance the current stage of elementary school students for the creation and perception of visual images,which belongs to the best way to implement aesthetic education in elementary school,for the implementation of quality education has an irreplaceable role.As a compulsory curriculum for the shorter nine years of compulsory education,in the "new curriculum standards for compulsory education art",new requirements for the expansion of art teaching,the current art curriculum standards set links,elementary school art education belongs to a kind of physical and mental development of children's minds,to meet the cognitive laws of children,and can promote children's active participation,bold creation,so as to show the personality of the curriculum.Children can use art learning to further enhance their ability to feel and create beauty,thus stimulating the growth pattern of truth,goodness and beauty in their minds and laying the foundation for their lifelong learning.Under the influence of the new curriculum reform and the innovative education concept,art teaching in China is showing a new development,however,the survey found that most rural areas in China do not pay much attention to art education at this stage,and art teaching is too one-sided,which makes the deepening of quality education in rural areas affected to a certain extent.At this stage,in order to effectively improve the aesthetic ability of teachers and students in rural elementary school,the importance of art teaching is enhanced,so that the cognition of art teaching in rural areas,in addition to simple painting skills,can further improve the aesthetic ability of elementary school students,purify their minds and lay the foundation for their emotional intelligence cultivation and personality building.It is based on the front-line art teaching practice,combined with the teaching and research in a part of rural elementary school in Shulan City,this paper unfolds a study on the current situation of art teaching in rural elementary school in Shulan City and the development countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts.Section I is the introduction,which mainly explains the background and significance of this research and the review of related research results on art teaching in rural elementary school at home and abroad.Part II analyzes the current situation of art teaching in rural elementary school in Shulan based on the characteristics of art teaching in elementary school and its impact on quality education,and mainly explains the survey design and the investigation of art teaching concepts,art teaching facilities and resources,and the professional level of art teachers in rural elementary school in Shulan with the help of fieldwork and questionnaires.After the systematic analysis,this paper presents the current problems and causes of art teaching in rural elementary school in Shulan City from three aspects: the lack of understanding of art teaching,the lack of attention to art curriculum,the insufficient use of teaching resources,and the low professionalism of teachers.This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems of art teaching in rural elementary school in Shulan City.These are,respectively,the following: from the teaching concept,the traditional concept of art teaching should be changed;from the teaching resources,the construction of art teaching facilities in rural elementary school in Shulan should be further strengthened;from the teacher training,the professional level of art teachers in rural elementary school should be continuously strengthened;from the curriculum system,the content of school-based curriculum for art teaching in rural elementary school should be continuously improved and strengthened.We need to continuously improve and strengthen the content of the school-based curriculum for art teaching in rural primary schools.The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper.Based on the front-line practice,this study analyzes the specific factors affecting art teaching in rural elementary school in the Shulan area and proposes effective strategies.The paper is of high scientific quality and has a high reference value for the development of art teaching in rural elementary school in Shulan.
