With the development of the times and the continuous optimization and upgrading of China's industrial structure,the current society has put forward higher requirements for the quality of employment talents,not only need professionals who master a certain skill,but also need high-quality talents with all-round development.As one of the basic qualities that professional talents should have,writing plays a vital role in their professional life,but in reality,writing plays an important role There are still many people in the workplace who are unable to start the paperwork.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of society and production,cultivate all-round development of high-quality workers,and promote the sustainable development of the employment,Chinese writing teaching in secondary vocational education needs to keep pace with the times,connect the campus and society,and cultivate high-quality talents with skilled writing skills under the guidance of employment.From the perspective of economic management,which is rarely explored,this paper discusses the improvement of Chinese writing teaching in secondary vocational schools under the guidance of employment,so as to cultivate students' professional writing skills,so as to realize students' all-round development and become the people needed by the society.The above paper is divided into six partsThe first chapter is the introduction,which briefly introduces the cause of the problem,the purpose and significance of the research,the research review at home and abroad,the research object and the method used in writing the paper,and describes and defines the related concepts to be discussed in this paper.The second chapter discusses the employment oriented requirements of Chinese writing teaching in secondary vocational schools through the instrumentality and humanity of Chinese,the objectives and tasks of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools,the application requirements of secondary vocational schools and the requirements of employers for secondary vocational graduates.The third chapter mainly summarizes the situation of writing teaching in our school.This paper investigates the current situation of Chinese writing teaching in secondary vocational schools in the form of questionnaire survey and individual interview,and completes the objective analysis of the survey results combined with curriculum standards,Chinese teaching materials and student questionnaire.The fourth chapter from the students,teachers and teaching content and methods of these three directions,classified to explore the secondary vocational school in the employment oriented Chinese writing teaching problems,such as:Students' writing foundation is weak,teachers' professional needs are not enough to understand,teaching method is single,teaching content and students' professional integration is not high.The fifth chapter summarizes the current situation of composition teaching in our school,and puts forward some suggestions on how to take employment as the guidance of Chinese writing teaching in secondary vocational schools from two aspects of students and teachers.Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the teaching of writing in our school,combined with the employment demand and secondary vocational composition teaching,the implementation of teaching strategy reform,trying to find a way to solve the problems of secondary vocational Chinese composition teaching,and strive to achieve the scientific development of employment oriented secondary vocational Chinese writing teaching in the economic management major.
