Social development is based on basic education,and during the process of basic education,teachers have great impact.Rural basic education accounts for half of our country's basic education.However,the construction of its teaching teams has plagued the rural education for long time.For the purpose of ensuring the teacher troop in countryside,government at all levels have issued lots of crucial policies to attract and retain excellent teachers,which improve the construction of teachers.On the other hand,due to my country's vast territory,the specific problems in rural areas are not the same,and the implementation effects of different policy tools are not obvious.This article takes the compulsory education teachers who work in rural areas of Jiangxi Province,locating in the central region of China as the research object,and uses the teacher labor market as the analytical framework to gather yearbook data on the macro level and collect survey data on the micro level,and bases on the investment model and the theory of total compensation,analyzing the affecting factors which affect the willingness of teachers to lose who work in schools for compulsory education in Jiangxi Province.This measures can enrich the research on the supply of regional schools in my country.This article will divide into six parts: Chapter 1 is the introduction.This part firstly expound the origin of study,kinds of problem and methods which need to be study.Chapter 2 illustrates the relevant core concepts of this paper,and put forward the economic theories,teasing the research about rural teachers who have turnover intention.Chapter 3 chiefly draw the analytical framework of this paper,in order to help readers ravel out the logic of this paper and illustrate the process of achieving data.Chapter 4 studies from the macroscopic angle,introducing the status of urban and rural teachers from 1987 to 2018.Chapter 5 is an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the willingness to drain rural teachers in Jiangxi Province.Chapter 6 is conclusions and countermeasures.The result displays that the average salary level of rural teachers lacks difference,which can hardly attract outstanding teachers.In the process of comparing the wages of rural teachers with the wages of employees in other industries,it is found that the greater the difference in relative wage levels perceived by rural teachers,the greater the tendency for teachers to lose out.In addition,in terms of the individual characteristics of teacher gender,male teachers have high turnover intention than female teachers.The frequency of teachers joining job activities also affect the willingness of teachers.
