Learning transfer is an important conceptual tool for educational psychology to explore the process and mechanism of learning psychology.The relationship between pre-learning and subsequent learning has a profound impact on the effectiveness of learning.Research shows that when students face new learning materials,it is difficult for most students to grasp the relationship between knowledge and to construct knowledge on their own initiative.It is very important to cultivate students' learning transfer ability in subject teaching.In this paper,students and geography teachers from two ordinary high schools in Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province are investigated.The methods of questionnaire,experimental research and classroom observation are used to analyze the knowledge and skills,the process and the method.Three dimensions of emotional attitude and values investigate the factors that affect students' learning transfer.It is found that:(1)the factors that affect students' learning transfer are diverse,including students' own factors,teachers' factors,family factors,social factors and so on.These factors cover both positive and negative aspects of students' learning.Teachers should actively guide students to master the correct methods of learning transfer,and effectively promote(2)the universality of negative transfer is reflected in the extensiveness of the student group and the extensiveness of the learning content.From the survey data,it is found that the two senior high school students will be disturbed by negative transfer factors in the learning process,thus affecting the normal geography learning.Through the analysis of students' test paper,it can be found that most of the students' errors are concentrated on the interference of negative transfer,and they are evenly distributed among different knowledge points.From the three aspects of applying the advance organizer's strategy,strengthening the basic knowledge and developing the divergent thinking,this paper puts forward the training strategy of the migration of natural geography in high school.The teaching case is used to verify the effectiveness of the training strategy for the migration of natural geography in high school.The research shows that the training strategy of the migration of natural geography in high school can help the students find the similarity between different knowledge,strengthen the students' cognition and improve the students' learning efficiency.In the practical teaching,the teachers should choose different strategies of natural geography learning and migration according to the characteristics of different chapters and the specific situation of different students.
