The current physical fitness of primary school students is still a problem that needs to be solved urgently,the education department and the sports department have been vigorously building and developing physical education work,I hope students will make great strides in the direction of all-round development.Nowadays,primary school physical education is mostly based on traditional teaching methods,naturally not enough to attract elementary students,there are even many students who reject physical education.Primary school stage is a critical period for school physical education,the top priority is to increase interest in sports,cultivate the concept of lifelong sports.The research purpose of this article is to combine military elements with situational teaching,Interventions for students,make military situational physical education not only able to meet the needs of primary school students' physical fitness development,Can also have a positive impact on their sports interests.The research significance of this article is to provide some new theoretical basis and practical reference for the overall development of primary school students' interest in sports and physical fitness,and hope to provide better ways and methods to improve primary school students' interest in sports and physical fitness.The research methods of this article use literature materials,teaching experiments,questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,using Situational Teaching as an Intervention Method in Physical Education,Randomly select two classes in the third grade of Zhonghai Kangcheng Primary School,use Class(2)as an experimental group for military situational physical education,Class(3)serves as a control group for traditional physical education.This article uses Professor Wang Xiaozan's "Primary School Students' Sports Interest Evaluation Scale" as a questionnaire for the evaluation of sports interest,compare and analyze the changes in the data before and after the experiment,exploring the changes in the physical fitness and sports interest of third-grade students,with a view to further improving the effect of physical education.The results of the study are as follows:(1)Compared to traditional physical education,Military situational physical education can effectively improve the physical fitness of primary school students,traditional physical education has a certain effect on the speed,strength an flexibility of primary school students,Compared with the experimental group,the improvement is small.(2)Compared to traditional physical education,Military contextualized physical education can effectively increase pupils' interest in physical education,traditional physical education has a certain effect on the improvement of pupils' sports participation and autonomous learning,compared with the experimental group,the amplitude change is small.(3)After periodic traditional sports practice,The students in the control group showed a normal phenomenon that their physical fitness and interest in sports had improved.The conclusion of this paper is that military situational physical education can have a positive impact on the physical fitness and sports interest of primary school students.
