As a new educational goal,Chinese core accomplishment has an epoch-making leading role.As a core course of basic education,primary school Chinese training students' core quality of Chinese can effectively promote the improvement of students' comprehensive level and promote their all-round development.As the foundation and core of Chinese core literacy,language construction and application are of great importance in carrying out the nature of Chinese curriculum and cultivating students' comprehensive quality.The orderly development of teaching activities cannot be separated from the support and supplement of homework after class.Besides consolidating and extending classroom knowledge,the design of effective and rich homework can also become a platform for students' comprehensive exercise and development.This study mainly combs the theories related to Language construction and application,Chinese Core Literacy through the method of literature research,the dimension of competence evaluation is divided into five parts: the accumulation of language knowledge,knowledge integration,knowledge construction,the cultivation of language sense and the comprehensive application.Adopt questionnaire survey method?interview method ? experiment method and so on research methods,the research is conducted under the guidance of theories related to language construction and application of theoretical homework design.Among them,the homework design is based on the development status of students' language construction and application abilities obtained from the questionnaire analysis,and the reasons are analyzed based on the interview with teachers,refer to the job design principles,five types of homework are designed for the framework of research purpose,homework characteristics,students' characteristics,design principles,design ideas,attention elements,time arrangement,case presentation and so on.Design the level of homework to promote the students' word accumulation ability and cultivate the language accumulation;designing systematic operations promotes knowledge mastery and application,and creates knowledge integration;design exploratory work assistant knowledge interpretation to promote knowledge construction;practical assignments are designed to deepen the depth of knowledge and help cultivate language sense;Design collaborative work to provide a record expression platform,to achieve comprehensive use.The control group experiment is carried out with five types of tasks as literacy tasks,verify its effectiveness in cultivating students' language construction and application ability,to explore whether the five types of homework can help to cultivate and improve students' language construction and application ability.Through the control group experiment for a period of 3 months,the change of students' comprehensive test scores before and after the questionnaire was used as the reference standard for analysis,analyze and discuss the experimental results and draw the following conclusions:First,effective homework design after primary school Chinese class starts from the development status of students' language construction and application ability,combines relevant theoretical principles of homework design,and is based on the current situation of students' homework design,which helps to cultivate students' language construction and application ability.Secondly,five types of homework,including hierarchical homework,systematic homework,exploratory homework,practical homework and cooperative homework,are taken as the reference for homework design,which is helpful to improve students' language construction and application ability.Thirdly,it is beneficial to improve students' comprehensive test scores by using five training elements in homework design,namely,language accumulation,knowledge integration,knowledge construction,language sense cultivation and comprehensive application.How to cultivate students' language construction and application ability with the post-class homework of primary school Chinese has become the main research direction of modern Chinese education.This study suggests that teachers can intercommunicate with each other through cooperation and practice,which is conducive to the cultivation and comprehensive application of language sense;systematical design is carried out from the unit theme,and knowledge system is rebuilt;the application of self-evaluation method can increase the achievement experience of students and discipline knowledge is blended with each other,and the idea of interpenetration is carried out and so on several suggestions for thinking,hand in hand to promote the students' language construction and use of the ability to cultivate.
