In 2014,China launched a new round of basic education curriculum reform aimed at cultivating people with moral foundation.It has become a consensus to cultivate students' core qualities.It is a major measure of China's education to take the new high school entrance examination as the starting point to drive front-line teachers to comply with the requirements of The Times and practice the new curriculum reform.However,the practice of primary and secondary school teachers in many aspects of education consciousness,idea,way and method is far behind the requirements of the new high school entrance examination.The new edition of high school geography curriculum standards in 2017 has clarified the four core qualities of geography,and also opened a new exploration for junior high school geography teaching practice,such as how to deal with the relationship between knowledge and ability,how to cultivate students' key abilities,how to connect with high school geography teaching...It has become a new topic for teachers and basic education research.From nearly Liang Lai years guangdong test the geography exam,test the geographic presents many new features:graphic presentation,intensification of space scale,rich and changeful situation setting,immersive role-playing,highly speculative question as well as the large amount of reading,etc.,these changes make the highly adapted to the teachers and students.In2020,the Chinese government will remove the syllabus for the high school entrance exam,removing the previous reliance on the syllabus,which has further exacerbated the panic among teachers.We know that it is up to teachers to implement the new curriculum concept and achieve the goal of educating people.Therefore,training teachers to meet the requirements of the new era has become the focus of teaching and research work.However,the current teaching and research work in various parts of our country in institutional Settings,teaching and research methods,resource integration,service concept and focus of work and so on are insufficient,resulting in the reality of the teaching and research activities are not ideal.To solve this series of problems,the most realistic and feasible way is to start from the county,each level to perform their duties,linkage from top to bottom,and gradually solve.This study is oriented by the practical problems that the county geography teaching and research face and has strong scientific and practical nature.From the administrative point of view,county-level teaching and research institutions provide sufficient material basis and organizational guarantee for the teaching and research work.From the perspective of the size of the teaching and research group,it not only avoids the disadvantage that the prefecture-level teaching and research institutions are faced with too large a group and cannot benefit the remote schools and single teachers,but also avoids the disadvantage that school-based teaching and research institutions cannot carry out the quality and quantity guaranteed due to the small number of group members.Therefore,this study not only strengthens the research on the impact of geography teaching and research activities in junior middle schools at the county level on teachers' professional development,but also enriches the research on the development strategy of teaching and research work itself,which has a strong reference significance for the development of geography teaching and research activities in other regions.Based on the current L county junior high school geography teaching and researching activities as the research object,through to the 52 middle school geography teachers and 300 students on the questionnaire survey,at the same time of10 interview education line leader,and will collect the materials of series analysis,find out the L county junior high school geography teaching and researching activities the main problem is: geography teaching values;County-level geography teaching and research mechanism for a long time absence,lack of guidance;School-based geography teaching and research cannot be carried out and supervised normally;The elementary teaching ability of geography teachers in junior middle school is low.The main reasons are: junior high school geography is low status,not taken seriously;County teaching and research office(or teacher development center)geography teaching and research staff for a long time,the lack of discipline teaching and research leaders and organizers;Junior high school geography teachers are few,teaching and research strength is weak,can not set up a separate geography teaching and research group;The teacher's personal teaching research consciousness and learning ability are insufficient.In view of these problems,the author puts forward a series of countermeasures: teaching and research departments at all levels should pay attention to teaching and research,improve the geography teaching and research mechanism,and support teaching and research in human,material,financial and policy;The county has established a discipline teaching and research mechanism with teaching and research staff as the core to carry out efficient geography teaching and research activities.Geography teachers should attach importance to their own professional development and make efforts to improve their own teaching ability in various aspects.
