Research On The Current Situation Of Track And Field Teaching And Strategy In Junior High School Of Xiangyang High Tech Zone

In order to learn about the current situation of junior high school track and field teaching in Xiangyang High-tech Zone.Six public junior high schools and four private junior high schools in Xiangyang Hightech Zone were taken as the research objects.Also,I used some research methods to carry on the research,such as the methods of documentary?questionnaire survey ? logical analysis and so on.Based on these studies,I know the current situation of physical education teaching.For example,the distribution of PE teachers in junior high school is unreasonable in this area?some of the teachers are lacking scientific research ability and training ? many teachers think a lot of“examination education”?the content of track and field courses are too simple?the students lack initiative?the configuration of classes is insufficient ?the sports places and equipment are not only lacking but also underutilized?physical exam of the entrance examination for senior high school in Xiangyang has been neglected ? the current situation of track and field teaching in Xiangyang that physical education curriculum reform advances steadily.According to the problems in the current situlation of track and field teaching,I put forward some strategies in this text.Firstly,the education department can recruit reasonably to optimize the allocation of teachers.Secondly,strengthen duidance to enhance teacher's research capabilities.Next,improve the mechanism for teacher training.Thirdly,set up correct teaching goals?enrich track and field content and enhance interests.Also,the P.E.teachers can guide the students to take an active part in sports activities.Then,the schools should have enough P.E.classes and vigorously develop track and field sports.Last but not least,the education department should increase the funds to increase sports equipment and facilities.
