| In order to promote the teacher education reform,comprehensively improving the quality of teachers in our country,the Ministry of Education has issued "the opinion about the implementation of outstanding teacher training plan"(hereinafter referred to as the "program")and "about the opinions of the excellent teacher training scheme 2.0",The guideline calls for cultivating a contingent of high-quality professional teachers with noble ethics,a solid professional foundation,and outstanding educational and teaching abilities and self-development abilities.As a result,outstanding teachers have gradually come into the public view,and in recent years,they have become the hot research object of scholars.The integrated development of teachers before and after the service has also been concerned by scholars.How to realize the integrated development of geography teachers before and after the service is a difficult problem.Based on the perspective of the integrated development of teachers before and after their service,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the integrated development of geography teachers before and after their service by using literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method.On this basis,a path suitable for the integrated growth of outstanding geography teachers is designed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the path.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The outstanding geography teachers are defined as follows: high-quality professional and innovative middle school geography teachers with deep educational feelings,solid professional foundation of geography and pedagogy,innovative consciousness and ability,good at innovative geography teaching,good at comprehensive education,and lifelong learning and development ability.(2)The status quo and problems of outstanding geography teachers before and after their service are analyzed.Through the investigation,it is found that there are many problems in the integration of geography teachers before and after service.In the stage of pre-service education,there are some unreasonable courses,and the proportion of comprehensive practical courses is too small to meet the development needs of excellent geography teachers.Internship and apprenticeship arrangements are also deficient,and pre-service teachers have few opportunities to participate in teaching practice.In the post-service growth stage,in-service geography teachers face many difficulties and obstacles,which are not conducive to their integration with pre-service education.(3)Three paths for the growth of outstanding t geography teachers are proposed from the perspective of pre-service and post-service integration.First,the "4+3" blueprint for the growth of outstanding geography teachers covers a total of seven years."4" represents the four-year study in the pre-service education stage."3" is the three years of post-job growth,which is subdivided into "1+1+1".Among them,the first "1" refers to the on-the-job geography teachers to study in a university for one year,the second "1" refers to the practice teaching in an excellent middle school for one year,and the third "1" refers to the volunteer teaching in remote areas for one year.Second,practice "migratory birds" plan,migratory birds plan refers to the geographical science major students in universities and on-the-job geography teacher after graduation,let teachers back to school to study,students to field work and so on.Finally,is to build a called "enjoy" cloud growth platform,which includes five different sections,geographical science major students and teachers can above share high quality resources,exchange experiences with each other and solve problems together,share the teaching and life.(4)Suggestions for the integrated growth of pre-service and post-service based on the growth path are put forward.Mainly from the following aspects: the country should from the system and management for the integration of outstanding geography teachers growth escort;Colleges and universities should update the training objectives and curriculum system;Geography teachers should establish long-term goals in the pre-service stage,set up lofty ideals in the post-service stage,and enhance the internal motivation of self-improvement.In conclusion,studying the growth of outstanding geography teachers from the perspective of pre-service and post-service integration can,on the one hand,comply with the national call for training excellent teachers;On the other hand,the integration of pre-service and post-service development is also a problem that every geography teacher urgently wants to solve. |
