The profound change of society has brought about the reflection of the educational training objectives,and the general goal of curriculum reform in China is to build up people with moral integrity.The cultivation of core geographic literacy has become the main content of high school geography teaching.The realization of the overall goal and the implementation of the main content all need the completion of high school geography teaching.This paper focuses on the application strategy of rural Geographic Resources in senior high school teaching from the perspective of core literacy,makes a beneficial exploration for the cultivation of geographical core literacy,and makes contributions to the cultivation of students' national feelings through the development and utilization of rural geographic resources.This paper combs the research status of core literacy and local geographic resources utilization at home and abroad by using the method of documentation.According to the consensus research results of Chinese scholars on the connotation,system and teaching utilization of local geographic core literacy,it designs a questionnaire outline,investigates and studies the problems related to local resources and core literacy in current senior high school teaching,and sums up,analyses and explores the causes of the problems.This paper puts forward the application strategies of local geographic resources in high school teaching.In this study,350 senior high school students from 7 high schools and 3 grades in Zhoukou and Xinyang were selected as the subjects,and the four aspects of core geographic literacy set in the Geography Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 edition)were used as the evaluation indexes to conduct a questionnaire survey on the utilization status of local geographic resources.Then,SPSS23.0 statistical tool system was used,chi-square test and multiple tests were used.The cross-analysis method under the response is used to analyze the valid questionnaires collected.The results show that the utilization of local geographic resources is highly related to the cultivation of core geographic literacy.Combined with special interviews with teachers,the problems in the process of development and utilization of local geographic resources are analyzed.Finally,in view of the problems found,according to constructivism theory,teaching process optimization theory and other theories,combined with their own practical experience and the excellent research results of experts' predecessors,relying on Xinyang rural geographic resources,and from the perspective of core literacy,this paper puts forward strategies for the application of rural Geographic Resources in high school teaching,and forms the research results:(1)Four principles: adhere to students' geographic resources;As the main principle;adhere to the principle of self-help ability construction;adhere to the principle of combining with reality;adhere to the principle of efficient application.(2)Five-step path: to cultivate students' core literacy as the main goal;to follow the laws of learning and teaching as the premise;to integrate with local geographical resources in depth;to handle the horizontal connection with textbooks;to create diversified ways of situational use.(3)Six strategies: general textbooks-managing local resources,achieving core literacy training objectives step by step;new lectures-analyzing local proverbs,consolidating core literacy foundation;reviewing lessons-seeking home development,complementing core literacy shortcomings;lectures-reviewing local environment,improving core literacy level;self-learning-promoting national conditions,strengthening core literacy concepts;practical activities-solving development difficulties.Consolidate and upgrade core literacy.
