Model thought is one of the basic ideas of mathematics,and it is a bridge connecting mathematics and the external world.The idea of cultivating primary school students'mathematical model is the inherent requirement of mathematics teaching in the compulsory education stage,and it is also an important manifestation of developing students' mathematics literacy and realizing subject education.Traditional teaching-style pays too much attention to the "double basics"(basic knowledge and basic skills),and has certain deficiencies in cultivating mathematical thinking and developing mathematical literacy.Therefore,in order to cultivate the mathematical model thinking of primary school students,it is necessary to realize the reform of teaching methods.This research combines project-based learning with mathematical model thinking,and takes "cultivating pupils' mathematical model thought" as the core goal to carry out project-based learning design.The project-based learning design that points to the cultivation of pupils' mathematical model thinking explores a feasible way to cultivating pupils' mathematical model thought,and also provides specific ideas for the reform of elementary school mathematics teaching methods.The design research is conducive to the transformation of subject teaching to subject education,and it is also conducive to promoting the development of primary school mathematics project learning practice.The specific contents of this research are as follows:First of all,on the basis of reference to existing research,this thesis provides a theoretical overview of the research objects of this thesis,clarifies the connotation and characteristics of project learning that points to the cultivation of pupils' mathematical model thinking,and clarifies the benefits of cultivating pupils' mathematical model thought by project learning.The second chapter established the theoretical and practical basis for the project-based learning design oriented to cultivating primary pupils' mathematical model thought.Through the study of relevant literature,this paper defines the theoretical basis of project-based learning design,and with the help of content analysis method,analyzes the contents related to mathematical model thought in compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards and primary school mathematics textbooks published by Beijing Normal University,so that the project-based learning design can meet the actual teaching needs.The third chapter mainly combines the characteristics of project learning and mathematical model thinking and the relevant requirements of curriculum standards,and summarizes the basic principles that should be followed in the project learning design that points to the cultivation of pupils' mathematical model thinking.Its principles include:the principle of reality,integration,authenticity and process.The fourth chapter is the research on the design steps of the project-based learning that points to the cultivation of the mathematical model thinking of primary school students.This chapter focuses on the core goal of cultivating pupils' mathematical model thinking,under the guidance of theoretical basis,the support of related content and the standard of basic principles,and constructs the basic framework of project-based learning design that points to the cultivation of pupils' mathematical model thinking.The design steps include:determine the project theme according to the mathematical model--focus on model thinking and integrating learning objectives--design driving problems around the project content--organize project activities in conjunction with mathematical modeling--design project results and presentation forms--combine the project process and design project evaluation.The fifth chapter selects the specific content related to the model idea in the textbook as the basic content of the project-based learning design case,and designs the content according to the design steps of the project-based learning,and puts the design case into practice.In order to test the actual benefits of the design case,this study adopts the case analysis method to analyze the design case and the implementation results around the core goal of"cultivating pupils' mathematical model thinking".Finally,this article combines relevant design cases and the analysis conclusions of the implementation to put forward project learning design suggestions that point to the cultivation of pupils' mathematical model thinking.
