Cultivating students' oral communication ability is not only the requirement of Chinese curriculum standard under the background of new curriculum reform,but also the requirement of students' all-round and lifelong development.High-level oral communication skills not only enable students to use language appropriately in different communication situations,handle different language materials with ease,and possess elegant temperament and civilized behavior,but also improve students' EQ,promote the development of students' thinking,and truly train our students to become outstanding talents with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,and artistic in the context of education modernization and education internationalization,so as to lay the foundation for their lifelong learning,life and work.The section of oral communication has become an independent content in the new textbook,and has a more clear goal in teaching,which is a major reform of oral communication.The school classroom is the place for oral communication teaching,in this interactive language communication practical activity,the teacher,as the course organizer and instructor,uses the corresponding context to lead the students to develop specific communication interactions.So that they can master the knowledge and skills of oral communication and exercise their listening,speaking,reading,writing and their oral communication literacy in an all-round way.These changes have taken place in oral communication.Do teachers have a new understanding of oral communication teaching?Have they actively made changes in the face of oral communication teaching? This research starts from the objectives,content,methods,and evaluations of oral communication teaching in the second section of elementary school Chinese.It conducts in-depth research through investigation and observation.The purpose is to combine these problems in the oral communication teaching of the second section of elementary school,to analysis the reasons behind the problem and to come up with some targeted strategies.It aims to provide some practical references for the oral communication teaching of the second section of elementary school,and also make corresponding efforts to improve the oral communication ability of students.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part,through the analysis of the theoretical basis,firstly defines the main concepts involved in this paper,including oral communication,oral communication teaching,oral communication competence.Then according to the relevant theoretical basis and the curriculum standards of oral communication teaching requirements to explore the characteristics of oral communication teaching principles and guiding methods.The second part is the collection and analysis of survey and observation data.In this paper,a questionnaire was designed for teachers to understand the teaching status quo,and the front-line teachers were interviewed.Finally,the classroom observation method was used to observe the real classroom.Then the questionnaire,interview,teaching record and other materials were analyzed in detail,combing the current situation of oral communication teaching in the second section of primary school Chinese.The third part summarizes the problems of oral communication teaching in the second section of primary school,including the low status of oral communication teaching,not enough attention;Teachers' communication consciousness is weak;Less consideration of learning conditions for teaching design;Oral communication teaching method is unreasonable or single;The teaching evaluation is too random and the nonverbal evaluation is ignored.It also analyzes the causes of the problems and finds that the deep-rooted traditional education concept,the lack of good evaluation system guidance,the lack of teachers' oral communication teaching ability,and the different oral communication level of students are the important reasons for the problems in teaching.The fourth part puts forward some improvement countermeasures,aiming at the problems of oral communication teaching in the second learning section of primary school.Hope to give some references to the front-line teachers,gradually improving the efficiency of oral communication teaching and students' oral communication ability.
