Under the background of building a rule of law in China and deepening the practice of rule of law,in order to incorporate the rule of law education in the junior high school stage into the national education system,a junior high school morality and rule of law course has been established,and the second volume of the eighth grade has been clarified as the rule of law education special volume(hereinafter referred to as The Rule of Law")is of extraordinary significance.This textbook takes constitutional education as the core,constitutional spirit as the main line,and constitutional content as the logic.Four units are set up: upholding the supremacy of the constitution,understanding rights and obligations,the people being the masters of the country,and advocating the spirit of the rule of law.Each unit is detailed.It is a lesson,a frame,and a project.They are structured or layered,or connected,from the content or from the phenomenon to the essence,or from the shallower to the deeper,all of which constitute the internal interrelationship of a textbook,and the knowledge of each other's cause and effect The Internet provides the primary basis for the service of subject mind maps for teaching.Moreover,the legal education booklet has strong language theory,with the original text of the constitution,important speeches by leaders,fixed and rigorous expressions,and detailed content,with the help of subject mind maps.Teaching can effectively integrate,clarify,differentiate,and optimize teaching ideas,and achieve better teaching results in the evolution of thinking.At the same time,the legal education booklet aims to cultivate citizens under the rule of law.Legal thinking is very important,and the cultivation of thinking must be connected.Habitual construction,repeated cognition from knowing to action,from action to knowing,and subject mind mapping as a teaching tool with thinking,innovation,and professionalism,it can better promote students' legal thinking,awareness of the rule of law,and rule of law.Ability development.Therefore,the use of mind maps in the teaching of the rule of law education book is worthy of our frontline teachers' full use,rational research,assisting teaching,and achieving higher education and teaching goals.In view of this,this article uses four chapters to discuss the scientificity and validity of this topic.The first chapter mainly introduces the mind map,the connotation of the subject mind map,the related conceptual areas of the subject mind map,the relevant theoretical basis,and the practical basis,aiming to draw from the theoretical comparison: the use of subject thinking in the teaching of the rule of law education book The map has scientific theoretical support.It is also the logical starting point for related research later.The second chapter mainly introduces the teaching practice of the application of mind maps in the teaching of the rule of law education,tells the principles of its application,the specific application in different types of courses,and analyzes its practical operability and the effectiveness of auxiliary teaching.The third chapter is the focus of this article.It mainly introduces the problems and reasons in the use of the subject mind map in the teaching of the rule of law education.Based on the use of the main teachers and students,analyze their own problems,analyze the reasons in depth,and emphasize the teaching Although the method has its limitations,these can analyze the reasons,and then adjust the teaching process and teaching rhythm,admitting that it is the best choice for the teaching of the rule of law.The fourth chapter is the important and difficult point of the research of this article,and the goal of the research.It aims to find out specific strategies for improving or optimizing the teaching of subject mind mapping.Based on the teaching practice and the third chapter,the problem and its reasons are analyzed.The map should be based on the knowledge of the textbook,the subject map should be guaranteed by optimizing classroom teaching,the subject map should be guided by the realization of three-dimensional goals,and the subject map should be driven by the construction of an evaluation system.Prove the scientificity and effectiveness of the use of subject maps in the teaching of the rule of law book.
