In January 2021,the CPC Central Committee issued the "Construction Plan for China Ruled by Law(2020-2025)",which is a programmatic document to promote the law-based governance in the new era.On November 29,2018,the National Conference on the Rule of Law in Education pointed out that governing education in accordance with the law must escort the dream of a powerful education nation,cultivating socialist qualified citizens under the rule of law.The Party and governments have promulgated a suite of policies and documents,reflecting the national attention to the legal education for teenagers and the national requirements for legal construction.Middle school students are successors and builders of socialism.The middle school stage is a vital "jointing booting" stage in a person's life.It is very important to strengthen the rule of law education for junior high school students and enhance their awareness of the rule of law.The rule of law education for junior high school students is conducive to promoting the healthy growth of middle school students;it is beneficial to improve the core accomplishment and comprehensive quality of middle school students.It is the job requirement to implement quality-oriented education and the basic way to build a socialist country ruled by law and train modern citizens.Through the investigation and analysis of the data based on teachers and students,it is found that with the popularization and promotion of the new textbook of morality and law,the legal education and knowledge occupy a more and more important position in the course of morality and law.However,the following problems remain in spite of the improved legal awareness of students and the enhanced legal education concept of teachers: First,there is a lack of professional legal knowledge among teachers.They cannot interpret the legal knowledge and cases profoundly;Second,the legal education is involved in single forms and simple contents;Finally,due to a weak legal foundation,students are passive to learn,leading to a poor effect of legal education.In response to these problems,I put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.First,we must improve teachers' legal literacy and introduce professional legal talents to strengthen training;secondly,teachers must update the concept of rule of law education,enrich and innovate teaching methods,and develop and utilize legal education resources;finally,highlight the dominant status of students,based on cultivating students' awareness of the rule of law,and enrich Experience the rule of law education and establish and improve the evaluation mechanism of rule of law education.Only by insisting on multiple measures and creating a good legal education atmosphere,can we create a good legal education atmosphere,enable students to learn the legal knowledge systematically,establish the belief of the rule of law,become a citizen under the rule of law who learns the law,knows the law,abides by the law,and uses the law.
