| The Chinese health and physical education curriculum model is the country’s first curriculum model in the field of school physical education,with strong operability and a variety of teaching methods that has attracted the attention and research of experts,scholars,and frontline physical education teachers.This thesis,based on the purpose and concept of the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model,designs and implements the teaching of a basketball module course for the first year of senior high school in conjunction with reality,with the goal of examining the implementation effect of the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model in basketball teaching and providing a reference for middle school physical education reform and innovation.To investigate and statistics students’ learning interest,physical health level,and basketball skills,demonstrate the application effect through teaching experiment,and finally draw conclusions and suggestions,this study uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,teaching experiment,and other research methods.The findings show that: 1.When compared to traditional PE teaching,the implementation of China’s health physical education curriculum model in basketball teaching is effective in stimulating learning basketball interest in learning,improving students’ physical health levels,and assisting students in better grasping basketball skills.In terms of the effects on students’ physical health levels,vital capacity,50 meters and 800 meters(1000 meters)show significant differences;.After a brief period of applied teaching,the pupils’ speed and endurance increased dramatically,but there was no noticeable change in their body shape.2.Based on the pattern of health physical education curriculum in China basketball teaching design,to improve teaching quality,through the teaching effect the results of the survey analysis,student health physical education curriculum mode for China and basketball teaching design to accept degree is higher,most of the students think that this kind of teaching can enhance learning initiative,It is helpful to learn 3.The application of the Chinese healthy PE curriculum mode in PE teaching necessitates teachers grasping the key points and creating a comprehensive design from the perspectives of teaching concept,teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching methods,and evaluation,which can enrich PE teachers’ knowledge systems and improve their innovative teaching ability.The following are some recommendations made by this study: 1.Actively promote the Chinese model of a healthy PE curriculum and enhance PE teaching quality.Physical education teachers must have the guts to practice and encourage the establishment of high-quality PE classroom teaching,which is favorable to increasing students’ physical and mental health levels,according to the key principles and the core of the Chinese healthy PE curriculum model.2.The teaching design incorporates a variety of teaching strategies in order to increase students’ interest in learning.3.Teach PE in the classroom,paying close attention to kids’ general development and the educational value of basketball to pupils. |
