| China ’s health physical education curriculum model is a new curriculum model based on the requirements of " physical education and health curriculum standards." It specifically refers to the daily physical education teaching,which requires certain sports load,sports skills and physical exercises in physical education teaching.This model consists of two parts.One is from the perspective of the curriculum,it puts forward the formulation of learning objectives,the selection of teaching content and the selection of teaching methods,the requirements of classroom atmosphere and learning effect evaluation.The second is from the perspective of the subject,it puts forward that the focus of physical education teaching should focus on sports load,physical exercise and sports skill practice.This study takes the learning effect of high school students in basketball teaching under the Chinese health physical education curriculum model as the research object;this paper mainly uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,and takes 109 students from two classes(class 5 and class 6)in the first grade of Guyuan Huimin Middle School as the experimental object.After a three-month teaching experiment,it mainly studies the learning effect of middle school students in basketball teaching under the Chinese health physical education curriculum mode(experimental class)compared with the learning effect of middle school students in basketball teaching under the traditional teaching mode(control class),and compares and analyzes the differences in various indicators of students ’ physical health,basketball skills and interest in physical education learning.To verify the feasibility of the application of Chinese health physical education curriculum in high school basketball teaching,to open up a new path for high school basketball teaching,to put forward suggestions that can effectively improve the learning effect of students in high school basketball teaching,and to expand the theoretical research of Chinese health physical education curriculum model.The study draws the following conclusions :1.In the high school basketball teaching under the two different modes of China ’s health physical education curriculum model and traditional teaching model,due to the regularity and periodicity of the development of students ’ body shape,the short-term teaching experiment has no obvious change in the body shape of students ’ physical health.2.Basketball teaching under the mode of Chinese health physical education curriculum has a positive impact on students ’ physical function in physical health,speed quality,endurance quality,flexibility quality and strength quality in body shape,but there is no significant difference in the fluctuation before and after the increase.The reason is that the body function and physical quality need to be accumulated in the long-term training,and the short-term teaching experiment is difficult to produce the effect of qualitative change.3.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching mode,the basketball teaching under the Chinese health physical education curriculum mode has a significant role in promoting the basketball skills of high school students,which is manifested in the substantial increase in the hit rate of 1 minute shooting,the time of dribbling and shooting is significantly shortened and the success rate is greatly increased,indicating that the application of this model in basketball teaching is feasible.4.The basketball teaching under the Chinese health physical education curriculum model can have a positive and effective impact on students ’ interest in learning.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching,it is more easily favored by students and can be accepted by students.It is worthy of application and promotion in high school basketball teaching.5.The Chinese health physical education curriculum model in the specific physical education teaching implementation operation,need to consider the objective conditions such as venues and equipment,at the same time for the teacher ’s teaching idea,the selection of teaching content,the use of teaching methods,the arrangement of sports load,sports skills teaching has certain requirements.This is also in line with the ’ high school physical education and health curriculum ’ requirements ’ combined with the actual situation in various places,schools should be combined with local curriculum resources,schools and students to develop local high school physical education and health curriculum implementation plan ’ requirements. |
