The 21 st century is the information age.As the core force of the country's future development,improving the information literacy level of college students plays a significant role in promoting the development of the informationization cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.New media is a brand-new communication medium,which has become an important means for contemporary college students to obtain information.However,the information literacy level of college students in the new media environment is related to the development of the national informatization cause.It is of positive significance to explore the influencing factors and countermeasures of college students' information literacy for the training of information talents in the new media environment and for colleges and universities to promote the innovation of ideas and expansion of the development path of college students' information literacy.In this paper,the N city eight colleges and universities in jiangxi province to investigate college students,using the method of literature research,questionnaire investigation,interview,statistical analysis and other research methods,draw lessons from the domestic and foreign related literature about new media and information literacy,description college students under the new media environment basic connotation and constituent elements of information literacy,analyzes the existing problems and in combination with the new media environment in the process of college students' information literacy training opportunities and challenges,try to construct the index system of college students' information literacy,select important influencing factors,and then design the questionnaire.In this study,2400 questionnaires were collected and 120 college students were interviewed through face-to-face conversation,telephone interview,We Chat video,QQ email and other methods.Through questionnaire to collect and sort out the interview content,using the SPSS statistical analysis tools to analyze survey data,organize new media environment and influencing factors of college students' information literacy level data,respectively from the information consciousness,information knowledge,information ability and information ethics four level using descriptive statistics analysis method in this paper,the college students' information literacy level,under the new media environment of college students information literacy training of the four factors influencing the "personal participation" software facilities "" hardware facilities" "family support" independent sample t-test and single factor analysis of variance,This paper tries to explore the real influencing factors of college students' information literacy under the new media environment through linear regression model.The results show that the information literacy level of college students needs to be improved under the new media environment,and the information literacy level of college students is different in demographic variables.It is found that the four influencing factors all have a significant impact on the information literacy level of college students,and "personal participation" is the key influencing factor.Based on the above results,put forward to build the new media environment social information learning environment,combined with background of the new media to strengthen the construction of college information basis,under the new media environment,family education should play the role of guidance and improve the college students in information literacy training initiative of society,university,family,ways for the cultivation of the college students' "four one",to expand talents under the new media environment to provide a new direction for practice.
