With the development of society,the competition for talents is more and more fierce.The cultivation of talents depends on education,and the development of education depends on teachers.The problem of training and improving the quality of excellent teachers in large scale have attracted all countries attention as well as emphasis in general.Young teachers are the future of Chinese education.They are full of vigor,ideals,responsibilities and dedication.However,due to the lack of teaching experience and the lack of necessary maturity in knowledge transformation and teaching practice,they are easy to encounter various puzzles in their work.Improving the professional development level of young teachers has become an urgent task.Using the method of educational narrative research,the author narrates the story of a young middle school teacher's professional development and analyzes the story and regulation of his professional development.By combing the relevant literature to understand the research direction,content and shortcomings of young teachers' professional development,and using field observation and follow-up interviews to grasp a large number of first-hand data,and then compiling these data,combined with the theory of teachers' professional development stage.The teacher's professional development story is divided into initial stage,challenge stage,budding stage of independent professional development and self-development stage,and then analyze the professional development case.It is found that the rapid development of the teacher's profession benefits from the high self-consciousness of the internal subject and the harmony of the external environment,which enlightens us to improve the professional development level of young teachers from the following aspects: establishing and adhering to the ideal and belief of teachers,strengthening the awareness of self-professional development,improving the ability of self-reflection,strengthening the school-based training with pertinence and timeliness,and increasing the training for young teachers as well as cared more about humanity concerns.
