Ideological and Political Course of Senior High School,as an important course for"building morality and cultivating people",is one of great significance for students to form correct views on the word,outlook on life and values.However,on the one hand,since 2019,high school ideological and political textbooks have undergone significant adjustments and changes,covering a wider range of content;on the other hand,the academic conditions of high school students are also more complicated,and these changes are important for high school ideological and political teachers to dapt to the new situation and present new challenges.In view of the reality,teachers strengthen collective collaboration to prepare lessons and carry out effective teaching research to improve the efficiency of ideological and political classrooms and the growth of teachers' profession.“Heterogeneous Class Teaching "teaching and research activities,as an efficient collective teaching and research method,refers to the selection of different teachers for "different" teaching designs and teaching demonstrations based on the "same" teaching content and goals,in order to "construct" the most the excellent teaching plan achieves the purpose of improving classroom quality and teaching efficiency.Although " Heterogeneous Class Teaching " teaching and research activities are widely used,there are also problems in actual teaching and research activities.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,the author conducts an analysis of the overall situation of the use of "same class heterogeneous" teaching and research activities in each school;through taking part in teaching and researching,I conducts an analysis of teaching and research practice problems,finds out the problems in practice,and addresses them suggest improvements.There are five parts in this article: Part 1: Explain the background,research methods,and scope of the topic,reveal its research significance and the current research status at home and abroad from both theory and practice,and point out the innovation and deficiencies of the research.The second part: Explain the related concepts of " Heterogeneous Class Teaching " teaching and research activities,reveal its practical significance,and explain the scientific nature of combining " Heterogeneous Class Teaching " teaching and research activities with ideological and political courses from the perspectives of education theory and teaching and research practice.The third part: through the analysis of the teacher's questionnaire and interview results,the author summarizes the problems that need improvement from two aspects of objective teaching and research conditions,environment and teacher subjectivity factors.The fourth part: The author participated in the "Heterogeneous Class Teaching " teaching and research activities with the same ideological and political content taught by different schools and different teachers.I compare similarities and differences in teaching interaction,teaching evaluation and teaching reflection,summarize the results achieved in the teaching and research practice process,reflect on the problems arising in the teaching and research process,and point out the problems based on their own understanding of the curriculum and teaching and research experience.The fifth part: Based on the previous questionnaire survey and data sorting,interview analysis and teaching research summary,I aim at the problems of teaching and research,from the objective environment of teaching and research,the subjective factors of participating teachers and the characteristics of high school ideological and political courses and other three aspects put forward the improvement strategy of "three-degree,three-force and three-combination".The research in this article is based on relevant educational theories and my own teaching and research experience,combined with the questionnaire survey of selected samples and actual cases of teaching and research,and proposes improvement strategies for practical problems,hoping to carry out " Heterogeneous Class Teaching " for high school ideological and political courses The practice of teaching and research activities provides some help,and provides valuable thoughts for ideological and political teachers to improve the quality of the classroom,integrate the content of the teaching materials,grasp the teaching rules,improve their own professional growth and build the competitiveness of the teaching team.
