As a school-based teaching research method, Heterogeneous C1 ass Teaching refers to different teachers use different teaching methods to make varied teaching projects for the same text according to their own circumstances( such as life experience, educational background,educational philosophy) and students’ learning situation. On the basis of similarity by comparative research method,“heterogeneous”,different from class teaching, employs analysis and reflection, to seek a better teaching program, which leads to the promotion of the teachers’ professional development and improvement of teaching quality.Under the background of the new curriculum reform and exam-oriented education gradually displaced by quality-oriented education, school-based teaching research rises. Primary and secondary schools and teachers actively carry out education teaching research, carrying forward the new curriculum reform. As an effective school-based teaching research way, Heterogeneous C1 ass Teaching is highly appreciated by many teachers. Based on the reference of related theory and research,by combining with case studies, this thesis explores how to implement Heterogeneous C1 ass Teaching in the ideological and political course of high school from both theoretical and practical aspects.According to subjectivity education theory, the teaching process optimization, lifelong education and teacher education theory and the learning organization theory, Heterogeneous C1 ass Teaching pushes the new curriculum reform forward and promotes the development of students, teachers and school. Although there are many forms, under the principle of peer coaching,“teaching is research”, respect for individual differences and teaching life, the basic process of Heterogeneous Class Teaching in Ideological and Political Course of the High School includes preparation(such as determining the course content and teachers,self-preparation and brainstorm), implementation( including teaching demonstration and collective observation and evaluation) and evaluation( such as teacher self-evaluation and activities evaluation). To improve the effectiveness of Heterogeneous Class Teaching in Ideological and Political Course of the High School, it should be noted in launching activities in an orderly manner, participating in activities effectively and evaluating activities comprehensively.
