Research On The Compilation Quality Of Undergraduate Teaching Quality Report And Its Influencing Factors

Since its formal implementation in 2011,the publishing system of undergraduate teaching quality report has achieved a lot of effective results,but it still does not show more obvious value and role.In order to further improve the report release system and make the report show its value to the maximum extent,this study aims to improve the quality of University report compilation and carry out relevant research.First of all,based on the analysis of existing research,through the definition of "quality","undergraduate teaching quality report","undergraduate teaching quality report compilation quality",the research object of this study is defined.It also analyzes the theoretical basis of this study: total quality management theory,system actor theory,higher education quality assurance theory,higher education evaluation theory and its applicability.Then,this paper collects and collates the annual reports of 27 universities in Anhui Province from 2019 to 2020,and studies,compares and analyzes the eight aspects of the reports,including teachers and teaching conditions,professional training ability,quality assurance system,teaching construction and reform,so as to know the current situation of the quality of the reports of universities in Anhui Province.In order to find out the causes of the quality problems of different university reports,find out the influencing factors,and fundamentally solve the problems of the quality of University reports in Anhui Province,this study studies the influencing factors of the quality of University reports.According to the procedures and requirements of grounded theory,this paper explores the influencing factors of the quality of University report compilation through three-level coding,and constructs a model of influencing factors of the quality of University report compilation,namely "five pointed star model".Using the concept of "actor",this paper conceives the relationship between various factors in the model.Finally,from five aspects of leadership management strategy,participant management strategy,process management strategy,continuous improvement strategy,teaching quality construction and development strategy,some suggestions are put forward to improve the compilation level of undergraduate teaching quality report.
