Taking middle school physical education as the subject background,this paper analyzes the current hot modern information technology,and applies the latest achievements of modern information technology to the school-based curriculum of middle school students.On the basis of carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture taijiquan can also cultivate students' healthy body,develop students' physical quality and improve their sports ability.The training of Taijiquan can promote the development of students from two aspects of psychological state and physiological function,in addition,it can also cultivate students' adaptability to nature and society.This paper first describes the research background,purpose and significance,then analyzes the current situation of domestic research,and then discusses relevant theoretical basis,such as multiple intelligence theory,constructivism theory,mastery learning theory and so on.At the same time,some concepts such as micro-lessons and Taijiquan are defined.According to the characteristics of micro-course and its design principles,the paper also builds the teaching design model of Micro-course based Taijiquan,and applies it to the teaching process of school-based Taijiquan.In the experiment,the three expressions of mustang's bristle,white crane's flaring wings and knee twisting gait are selected as examples to give an empirical explanation.After the experiment,it can be determined that students' interest in physical education increases and they also prefer information technology-based physical education courses.And the understanding of traditional Chinese culture such as Taijiquan has also improved.The frequency of offline participation in physical education courses or sports activities has also increased.Finally,questionnaire and interview are used to obtain the research effect.The questionnaire verifies students' acceptance of micro lessons,and the interview is an interview between teachers and students to deeply discuss their feelings about micro lessons.Teachers generally believe that micro-class will be helpful to PE curriculum,but it will be difficult to practice due to time and energy.Students expressed their love for this special teaching method.The final form of this paper product.
