Under the background of the new curriculum reform,every subject is actively seeking how to change the traditional indoctrination teaching mode,so is physical education.High school is the golden age of physical development and motor skills,the reform of high school physical education teaching mode is particularly urgent.In 2017,Professor Chen ang and Professor Ennis from the University of North Carolina and the University of Maryland proposed the application of 5E Teaching Mode in physical education.It is characterized by the interpenetration of scientific concepts in the teaching process of sports technology.The main teaching defense of teachers has changed from indoctrination to inspiration,guidance,assistance and guidance.In this way,it is expected to promote students to actively participate in sports activities and teaching activities,motivate students' interest in learning,lead students to actively explore and construct their own knowledge and technology system.The research and application of 5E Teaching Mode in China are mainly concentrated in the field of science,and the effect is good.The 5E teaching model is introduced into PE classroom teaching in senior high school,takes the basketball elective course as an example to verify the application effect of this mode in the high school physical education teaching in our country,enriches the physical education teaching methods,provides a new idea for the research of physical education teaching methods,and promotes the development of physical education teaching.In this study by means of A variety of methods study,experiment and questionnaire survey,for example,the research object of shihezi city high school basketball option class A and class B,respectively as that in comparative classes and experimental classes,the former in the teaching process in the traditional manner,while the latter will be introduced to the 5 e teaching mode in teaching.Before and after the teaching work,the students' physical quality(50m,1000 m,pull-up(male),800 m,sit-up(female),standing long jump),motor skills(one-minute shooting,V-word layup),theoretical knowledge,expected value and situational interest were measured respectively.To evaluate the actual effect of the 5E teaching mode,to a certain extent,it enriches the physical education teaching methods,and then promotes the smooth progress of the physical education reform.The final research results are as follows: 1.First of all,in terms of physical quality,no matter in the control class or the experimental class,the P values of students in the two groups in the 50 meters,1000 meters,pull-up(male),800 meters,sit-ups(female)and standing long jump are all higher than 0.05 after statistical test,showing no significant difference.It shows that physical fitness does not change significantly due to the adoption of 5E teaching mode.2.For the situation interest or expected value,the experimental test results show that after using5 E teaching mode of the experimental group compared with the results before,after the P value is less than 0.05,the above indexes,showed that 5E teaching will interest of expectation value and case produced great influence,after 5E teaching,the above indexes have improved significantly.3.In the teaching of high school physical education,the results of physical education technology test show that the traditional teaching mode is inferior to the 5E teaching mode.4.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,students who adopt the 5E teaching mode have a better performance in the theoretical knowledge.
