Under the premise of the continuous promotion of quality education in our country,the new curriculum reform has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and students' health has been paid more and more attention.However,in high school,due to the pressure of college entrance examination and parents' excessive pursuit of students' culture class,most schools have to spend most of their time on students' culture class.Therefore,how to improve students' health in the limited physical education and health class It is particularly important to make full use of the classroom,but the traditional physical education teaching mode can not attract students' interest in learning,students can not raise interest in physical education,low classroom participation,which aggravates the development of school sports is relatively backward,students' physique can not be further improved,such problems appear.Nowadays,there are very few cases of new PE teaching mode in schools.As a new teaching mode,the "game" PE teaching mode is applied to the high school track and field class to explore its role in stimulating students' interest in track and field learning,promoting students' enthusiasm in PE learning,improving their sports ability,and improving students' physical health It plays an important role.The reform of physical education teaching mode is also in line with the requirements of the new curriculum reform,which is to make up for and improve the shortcomings of the traditional physical education teaching mode.Based on this,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and so on,takes two classes of senior one in Yan Cheng Middle School of Jiangsu Province as the experimental objects of this teaching experiment,and divides them into experimental class and control class.The experimental class applies the "game" sports teaching mode,and the control class applies the traditional sports teaching mode.After a total of 12 weeks of teaching experiment,this paper analyzes the scores,scales and questionnaires of the two classes before and after the experiment,and obtains the following conclusions :(1)"Game" sports teaching mode is more conducive to improving students' interest in track and field learning(2)"Game" sports teaching mode is more conducive to improving students' classroom participation(3)"Game" sports teaching mode is more conducive to promoting students' physical health,but there are still shortcomings(4)"Game" sports teaching mode produces better track and field teaching effect(5)"Game" sports teaching mode has been recognized by students,hope to continue to implement in the futureAt the same time,there are still some problems in the course of this teaching experiment,such as the teaching experiment cycle is not long enough,and the physical quality of students is not obvious.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)When teachers implement the "game" sports teaching mode,they should appropriately extend a certain teaching time to ensure that the teaching effect is more obvious(2)The "game" sports teaching mode will be integrated with other teaching modes to promote the all-round development of students(3)Establish long-term study group to promote students' mutual help and common improvement(4)Pay attention to students' autonomous learning and games after class,promote the combination of physical education learning after class(5)The "game" sports teaching mode is applied to other sports teaching to further explore the reliability of the "game" sports teaching mode(6)The learning effect encourages the front-line teachers to adopt the "game" physical education teaching mode,and organizes the teachers to carry on the related study...
