Research On Undergraduate Tutorial System On The Basis Of Growth Needs Of Students

With the gradual reform of market economic system and deepen, especially theadvent of the era of knowledge economy, the education of innovative talents and qualityin our country put forward the higher request, therefore, the undergraduate tutorialsystem caused the attention of scholars both at home and abroad, become the focus ofresearch. In recent years, the enrollment expansion of Chinese colleges and universities,the higher education from the elite gradually tend to be more popular and accepted, howto improve the teaching quality, cultivate students personalized and comprehensive andfree development, reform of higher education has become the problems needed toresolve. The tutorial system pays attention to student’s individuality development,according to their aptitude, is to the existing system of class teaching and the effectivecomplement of the credit system, so has been made in order to promote undergraduateteacher in colleges and universities the tendency of the development of higher educationin our country. The implementation of the tutorial system, is not only beneficial to theimprovement of students’ comprehensive quality, meet the personalized requirements onthe growth of students, and benefit for the optimization of the teacher own quality, forour country’s higher education reform, improve the teaching quality of education alsohas the vital significance.In this paper the related concepts and theories of tutorial system has carried on thepreliminary discussion, analysis of the current undergraduates in demand in the processof growing up, taking Shanxi Province as an example, the undergraduates of guidedquestionnaire, analysis of the implementation of tutorial system of colleges anduniversities are widespread problems, such as lack of teacher resources, school relatedsystem is not sound, mentor guidance and student demand problem such as asymmetry,on this basis, the demand to students’ growth as a starting point, from the school, teacher,student three aspects improvement measures are proposed: schools should strengthenand deepen the understanding of tutorial system, establish and perfect the system ofevaluation and supervision; Mentor to fully understand students’ growing demand,according to their aptitude, implement personalized guidance and help; Students shouldactively and teacher exchanges and communication, etc. Through the study of thisarticle, I hope to implement tutorial system in the colleges and universities to providerationalization proposal, make the system get maximum play.
