Reading the whole book is a major transformational progress in high school Chinese reading education,which plays a huge role in cultivating students 'core Chinese literacy,shaping students' character,and improving life development."Rural China" is a rigorous and real sociological work,vividly depicting the rural Chinese society in the early part of the last century and the pattern of life behind the Chinese agricultural civilization for thousands of years.It is very important for students 'history,social and cultural education,and at the same time can inspire students to explore and think about China' s history,the status quo and development of society.Whether theoretical research or teaching practice must give enough attention and improvement to read the whole book Local China.Through questionnaire survey,face-to-face interview on the current situation of the whole high school reading local China teaching,and widely studied the whole book teaching theory,found that the current high school in the local China reading process students good reading habits not formed,low interest in academic books,reading skills and methods,inadequate teacher preparation,inadequate teaching methods,single evaluation method,weak family and social reading atmosphere.Based on the investigation,attribution analysis of teaching status and the investigation of students,classroom,family,the improvement strategies are put forward with the goal of improving Chinese core literacy,innovating reading teaching methods to improve reading interest,strengthen reading methods to cultivate reading ability,and more diversified evaluation methods are proposed.Based on the objective facts of the questionnaire survey,a detailed teaching design is designed.Local China is divided into three classes,guide,exchange and sharing classes,including eight hours.Each lesson plan was designed and teaching experiments were conducted in the subject schools.After teaching according to the teaching strategy and teaching plan,they found that students in teaching experimental classes had greatly improved,and students ' interest in reading the original work was greatly improved.They began to use their mobile phones to pay attention to and browse more about beauty appreciation,literary reading and other relevant public accounts in their spare time.The overall teaching effect is good,and the students ' core Chinese literacy has been improved.
