The high-quality development of special education is inseparable from the professional development of special education teachers,and the growth of teachers should receive attention and attention.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature on teachers' professional development in mentally retarded School,this study selects a frontline teacher who has been engaged in special education for 22 years as the research object,uses narrative research methods,and understands the research objects through interviews and observations.His professional development process explores the internal and external factors that affect professional development,and strives to explore the universal law of teacher professional development in the Z teacher professional development story,and then provide a certain reference for teachers in other schools of wisdom.This article consists of six parts.The first part: Introduction.It mainly discusses the research background,research purpose and significance of this article,and clarifies the concept of training schools and teachers' professional development.At the same time,the domestic and foreign research on teacher professional development was sorted out,established the main focus of this article and constructed the research framework.The second part: research design.Explain the research ideas,research methods,research objects,research process and research ethics of this article.The third part: story narration of teacher Z's professional development.The key events of pre-service education stage,entry stage,stable development stage and mature stage of teacher professional development are elaborated in detail.Part IV: Perspectives on the professional development of teacher Z.Combining the stage of Z teacher's professional development,analyze its development characteristics from the aspects of professional knowledge,professional ability and professional affection.Part V:Analysis of the influencing factors of Z teacher's professional development.Analyze the key factors affecting its development from both internal and external aspects.External factors mainly include national policy guarantees,school system and cultural support,and family members' assistance and encouragement.Internal factors include a good professional development attitude,strong professional development motivation,and stable and lasting professional resilience.Part VI: Enlightenment of Z teacher's professional development.It mainly elaborates from three aspects of teachers' professional development attitude,motivation and professional development resilience.
