As a regular teaching and research activity in school,listening to class evaluation is a platform for teachers to learn from each other,learn from each other,and constantly improve their professional quality and teaching and research ability.Meanwhile,it also plays a role in diagnosing classroom teaching and promoting the improvement of teaching quality.Morality and the rule of law is a course based on moral education,which has its own uniqueness.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the problems and reasons of morality and the rule of law and find out feasible strategies to promote the effectiveness of morality and the rule of law.In terms of research methods,this paper adopts the observational research method.Through three observations of listening to and commenting on classes,it has written three records of classroom observations,which provides first-hand and objective data for this study.The researcher also interviewed some of the teachers of the school to understand the phenomenon and reasons why the school's morality and rule of law listening to class evaluation is a mere formality.The researchers also collected teachers' attendance records to provide sufficient evidence for this study.By consulting the literature,the researcher designs the stage table of class evaluation on the basis of previous studies,which is divided into three stages: the organization of class evaluation,the development of class evaluation,and the feedback of class evaluation.At the organizational stage of class evaluation,the researcher mainly analyzes the status quo of the pre-class meeting and the preparation for class evaluation,finds out the problems existing in the organizational stage of class evaluation,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The existing problems include: lack of pre-class meeting,there is no division of labor and cooperation between teachers,and there is no definite subject for listening to class evaluation;Insufficient preparation,no advance understanding of the textbook,students and teachers,so there is blindness in listening to class evaluation;Some of the teachers are not well prepared to listen to the class evaluation,make inadequate lesson preparation,grind the class in advance,and have performance nature.Countermeasures mainly include: holding pre-class meeting on time,division of labor and cooperation,clear listening to the theme of class evaluation;Get to know the textbook,students and teachers in advance,so that you can "come prepared" and prepare your lessons carefully.The development stage of listening to class evaluation mainly carries out research from three aspects: the state of listening to class,the record of listening to class and the reflection of listening to class.The main problems at this stage are: teachers listen to the evaluation of the attitude is not correct,in order to complete the assessment task and passively participate in listening to the evaluation of the class;Some teachers do not behave properly in class,such as playing mobile phones,correcting homework and other behaviors unrelated to class evaluation.Listening record tool is single,only listening record book,lack of audio and video data;The content of the record is mostly the excerpt of some knowledge points,without recording the wonderful points and shortcomings of classroom teaching,without traces of personal reflection,and without writing suggestions.Countermeasures mainly include: teachers should change the attitude of listening to class evaluation,change "I want to listen to" to "I want to listen to";Add tools for recording lectures;Write detailed lecture notes;Be good at introspection when listening to the class,and constantly grow in the introspection.In the feedback stage of listening to class evaluation,the researchers found that the school's class evaluation organization was not timely and sometimes even missing through interviews and observations;Most of the teachers said some general words,"listen but not comment,comment but not deep";Due to face,how many good words,so that the evaluation of the class become "praise class";Commanding leadership,say more critical words,so that the assessment of the class became a "batch class";Second time listening to the lack of evaluation,there is no supervision of the effect of listening to the evaluation,to promote the implementation of listening to the evaluation suggestions.The researcher sorted out the reasons for the formality of class evaluation in P County W Morality and Rule of Law Middle School from three aspects: school,teacher and teacher,and put forward suggestions to improve the effect of morality and rule of law in P County W Middle School.And reflect on their own shortcomings in the study.In the future,I will further study theoretical knowledge and persist in carrying out research,so as to improve the effect of the researchers and the school on the morality and rule of law.
