Since Comenius put forward the class teaching system,classroom teaching has become the basic teaching form in schools all over the world,and classroom management has emerged as The Times require.Nowadays,schools are paying more and more attention to classroom management,and some teachers are trying to change the way of classroom management boldly by applying new theories,and thinking repeatedly about how to cultivate the enthusiasm and autonomy of underachiever,so as to improve the effectiveness of classroom management.Based on the public rural ordinary high school as a starting point,to understand and analysis the school high school class the underachiever situation and existing problems of classroom management,and put forward the corresponding strategies of classroom management,in order to better improve the underachiever's enthusiasm and autonomy,improve the efficiency of classroom management,so as to improve the quality of teachers' classroom management and teaching quality.This paper consists of six parts:The first part,the research content of this part includes the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,and research methods.The second part,introduces the concepts of underachievers and classroom management,and introduces the relationship between Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Rogers Humanism Theory,Ausubel's Three Drives Theory and the underachievers in rural high schools.The third part,briefly describes the general situation of T middle school,investigates the current situation of under performing students in T middle school classroom management,prepares and implements the questionnaire of student edition and teacher edition,and gives feedback and analysis to the survey results.The fourth part,studies and summarizes the problems existing in the classroom management of underachievers in T middle school,which are as follows: First,the traditional education philosophy of teachers makes underachievers become "marginal people";Second,teachers often ignore the emotions of underachievers in classroom management;Third,the classroom management of teachers is too simple;Fourthly,the concept of classroom evaluation of teachers is backward and unitary.The fifth part,as for the analysis of the reasons for the problems of the underachiever in classroom management in rural high schools,teachers are the main reasons for the problems,and the success of classroom management largely depends on the management level of teachers.The sixth part,puts forward the strategies to solve the problems of the underachieving students in classroom management.The author believes that teachers are the main body of classroom management,so from the perspective of teachers is an important key to do a good job in classroom management.The author puts forward that teachers should renew their educational ideas;Teachers should pay attention to the mood of the underachiever in class,and cannot ignore the existence of the underachiever.Teachers' teaching methods should be diversified;Teachers should improve classroom management methods and pay attention to humanized education.Teachers should improve the evaluation concept and evaluate the underachiever scientifically.I hope to make a modest contribution to the research on the problems existing in classroom management of rural ordinary high schools.
