At the beginning of the 21st century,a new epoch of kernel literacy was ushered in by basic education of China.The General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)puts six core literacies forward formally in maths,mathematical abstraction,logical reasoning,mathematical modeling,intuitive imagination,mathematical operations,and data analysis.The evolution of subject kernel literacy of students is also a cardinal concept during the new curriculum criteria.How to carry core literacy out is a hot term of usual worry in education part of China in recent years,as well as the fundamental task of applying ethical education.In this article,three research approaches are integrated in high school maths classroom instruction's design from the viewpoint of consolidating theory and practice,with kernel literacy as the guide.The first is the literature research method,by using heaps of literature research,through the literature's apprehension on"core literacy",and picked pedagogical academic basis to enrich the core literacy,based on this literature research's consequences,the core literacy teaching purpose ought to conform to the "attention on students that are Based on this literature's results study,it is terminated that core literacy's teaching design must understand the concepts of" focus on students ".The prime strategies of core literacy instructional design from the teacher level are the same analyzed.The second is the classroom observation method,which provides aimed answers to the troubles occurring in high school maths classroom that teaches at the present phase by using classroom surveillance normally with a pragmatic basis.The third is the case study way,which contains three common breeds of lectures in high school maths classroom that teaches as cases,produces a template for high school maths that teach purpose below kernel literacy orientation that is based on core literacy high school mathematics teaching's usual operation,and provides advice with characteristic cases of the three kinds of classes.In conclusion,from the viewpoint of consolidating exercise and theory,this article talks about the five major precepts,elemental strategies and five major concepts for preparing high school mathematics' instructional purpose below kernel literacy's direction,creates a template for high school mathematics instructional aim,and sets up classic cases of three ordinary lesson kinds,which are of neat importance for high school mathematics teachers to practice the new curriculum's concept and upgrade overall growth of students.
