The Educational Problems Of Career Planning For High School Students And Countermeasures

At present,it is harder and harder for college students to hunt for a well-paid job after their graduation.The phenomenon of confusion and failure in college entrance examination is common now.In the "new college entrance examination environment",in order to change this situation,to meet the needs of carrying out the national educational reform and development and to meet the needs of students' personal development,it is of great importance to carry out career planning education in high school.The paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis,comprehensive analysis and other methods,based on the data of questionnaire on career planning of Fujian Quanzhou No.7 high school students,analyzing the necessity and urgency of carrying out the practice of career planning in China's high schools,including the present achievements,problems and countermeasures.Based on the advanced experience of several typical countries'career planning and the mature practice of Hongkong,five problems are summarized with reasons analyzed and some optimization countermeasures put forward:to change management concepts of the education administrative departments;to improve the school management system through legislation;to increase the investment in the career planning education;to introduce and cultivate professional teachers and to coin selective courses as a school-based career planning course;to establish a high quality parent committee and to integrate social resources.
