New college entrance examination reform to let the students have more options,starting at the university of ways and from a single "choose school" into "to choose professional + school",these two approaches are linked to students studying in the future,and is closely connected with career planning,so the importance of ordinary high school career planning education is mentioned a new height.This study takes ordinary high schools in the areas of implementing the new college entrance examination reform(Zhejiang and Shanghai)and the areas of preparing to implement the new college entrance examination reform(Henan)as research samples.Through questionnaire survey and interview with teachers and students in these schools,it is found that in recent years,the career awareness of teachers and students in ordinary high schools in China is gradually improving.Students hope to cultivate their self-awareness and career awareness,improve their career management and decision-making ability,and promote the effective integration of academic development and career planning through the educational training model of "study + career".Through comparative analysis,it is found that there are unclear goals and lack of "stages" in the course of career planning for Chinese ordinary high school schools;The course content is not practical and lacks "education";Course organization is not scientific,lack of "guarantee" phenomenon.Further analysis of the above problems,its reasons are: first,the thinking of "exam-oriented education" leads to the cognitive deviation of career education;Second,the government and educational management departments lack scientific and perfect curriculum guidance;Third,the lack of curriculum evaluation can not promote the benign development of curriculum system;Four is the unreasonable structure of school teachers,lack of professional teachers.In view of the above problems and reasons,this study,under the guidance of career theory and Taylor’s curriculum theory,and on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of high school career planning curriculum construction and implementation at home and abroad,puts forward suggestions on career planning curriculum for ordinary high school.In terms of curriculum objectives,it takes into account the general objectives and sub-objectives of the development characteristics and academic needs of students in different grades.In terms of curriculum content,the effective integration of career planning and ordinary high school education and teaching should be realized,and the curriculum system with emphasis on grade and step by step should be constructed.In the aspect of curriculum implementation,we should ensure the combination of basic and professional courses,theoretical and practical courses,professional disciplines of career planning and disciplinary infiltration courses.In terms of curriculum evaluation and guarantee measures,it is necessary to build a comprehensive education model integrating "family,school and society",explore a rich,diversified and perfect curriculum evaluation system,and train professional teachers.
