For the social members who are engaged in a certain occupation in a general sense,the ordinary high school is the basic stage of professional selection and career planning before entering the university.However,due to the lack of overall effective career planning,high school students lack clear learning objectives and internal learning motivation.Before entering the university,I was more at a loss when I chose my major,and after entering the university,I was even more lost,which ultimately led to the failure of employment and the failure of a successful career.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out career planning education in high school,especially in ordinary high schools that do not focus on students' employment.In view of this,career planning education in western developed countries started earlier and was more mature,but career planning education in ordinary high schools in China developed slowly and showed a tendency of marginalization in curriculum setting and implementation,so the reality is not optimistic.It can be said that it is extremely urgent and significant to study and face up to the current situation of career planning education in ordinary high schools in China,analyze the existing problems at the present stage,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,and then seek the development path of career planning education in ordinary high schools in China.Because of this,this study firstly by using the methods of questionnaire method,interview method,yantai 10 ordinary high school in shandong province as samples,just ordinary high school career planning education present situation,the education administrative department of the staff,the general high school teachers,ordinary high school students' parents,some high school students of different grades in the investigation.The survey found that the career planning education in 10 ordinary high schools is not ideal,high school students' satisfaction with career planning education is generally low,and there are significant problems in self-cognition and career cognition.The research then makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the above-mentioned problems,pointing out that the lack of strong guarantee from the government,the deviation of school curriculum,the insufficiency of family education environment orientation and the students' lack of necessary cognition are the important reasons that restrict the development of career planning education in ordinary high schools.Combined with the above reasons,this study puts forward a development strategy for career planning education in ordinary high schools.Among them,the government,as the guidance department,should introduce relevant policies,increase capital investment and establish and perfect supporting service facilities.Ordinary high schools should strengthen the management of career planning education curriculum with practical actions,constantly innovate the teaching mode of this curriculum,and construct the diversity of career planning education.Parents should give full play to their positive role of demonstration and guidance,pay attention to the creation of family atmosphere and strengthen the guidance of family education.Students should have a full understanding of society,occupation and major,and choose the most suitable occupation according to their own characteristics.It is hoped that this study can provide theoretical basis and experience for the development of career planning education in ordinary high schools in China.
