An Analysis Of The Current Situation Of The Implementation Of Life Planning Education In Ordinary High Schools And Its Countermeasures

With the deepening of the new curriculum reform and the implementation of the new college entrance examination system,the career planning education of ordinary high school students has received more and more attention in recent years.Career planning education can help and guide students to lay a foundation for stepping into the society,finding their development direction and achieving their goals in life on the basis of learning knowledge and forming a sound personality.The research and practice of career planning education in ordinary senior high schools in China are in the initial stage,many schools have made beneficial exploration,but there are still many problems in the implementation process,so the study on the countermeasures of career planning education has a strong practical significance.By collecting and reading related literature both at home and abroad,the author based on the theory of career development stage of Super,Ginsburg's career development theory,Parsons' job matching theory,clearly defines career planning,career planning for high school students and career planning education for high school students.The author think that career planning refers to after considering their own intelligence,ability,personality,hobbies,desire,value orientation and the demand and environment of the society as a whole,a person make a trade-off,to reach the cognition of themselves,career and society,plan for the future study,career and life,and find their own position,finally realize their own development and social progress of perfect fit.Based on the field investigation of the implementation status of career planning education in four schools in taiyuan city,Shanxi Province,this paper summarizes the progress and existing problems of career planning education in ordinary senior high schools.The educational goal of career planning is narrow,the content of career planning education is lack of systematicness and the way of career planning education is single.Lack of career planning education resources.From the point of view of the problems,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the existing problems in the career planning education of ordinary high schools in China.The general high school has a vague understanding of the nature and task of its own education.The implementation of career planning education in ordinary high schools is lack of policy and financial support;Lack of professional teachers;The career planning education in ordinary high schools has not won the support and cooperation from parents and the society.According to the analysis of the existing problems and the causes of career planning education in ordinary high schools,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the implementation of career planning education in ordinary high schools.Schools raise awareness of career planning education.broaden the implementation path of career planning education;construct an effective evaluation system of career planning education;improve the mechanism for ensuring career planning and education.
