Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Career Planning Of High School Physical Education Students

Along with our country "healthy China" and "sports power" strategy to rise to national level,the demand for sports talents in our country and the degree of demand will reach an unprecedented height,and ordinary high school sports life in the future sports talent reserve in China,its quality will directly influence the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports in our country in the future,will also affect the "healthy China" and "sports powers" of the strategic targets.Good career planning ability of ordinary high school PE students can effectively improve the quality of PE students,which will promote the development of China's sports cause,and also promote the construction of "healthy China" and "sports power".In recent years,Sichuan province,as a big province of regular high school sports students,has seen more and more students join in this large group,and their quality plays a key role in the development of China's sports industry.This paper takes the status quo of career planning of ordinary high school physical education students in Luzhou city as the research object,and investigates the status quo of career planning of four ordinary high school physical education students in Luzhou city by means of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Ordinary high school sports students have insufficient self-cognition,low level of career cognition,weak sense of career planning and unclear career planning goals.2.Parents of ordinary high school sports students have low understanding and attention to career planning,and low education of career planning for their children.3.Coaches pay insufficient attention to and guide sports students' career planning.4.Lack of teachers for career planning and low test level.5.Social prejudice and misunderstanding towards ordinary high school sports students.6.The government does not invest enough in career planning of ordinary high school sports students,and does not publicize the function and function of career planning.Based on the above conclusions,the following countermeasures are proposed:1.Students should improve their self-cognition ability,enhance their career cognition level,enhance their career planning awareness and make clear their career planning objectives;2.Parents should raise their educational level and attach importance to their children's career planning;3.Coaches should attach importance to the guidance of career planning of sports students;4.The school shall reasonably equip professional teachers of career planning education and improve the level of career planning test;5.The whole society should face up to the sports students;6.The government will increase investment in career planning education and publicity.
