In 2019,the Teachers' Symposium on ideological and political theory course was held in Beijing.While affirming the role of ideological and political course,the symposium put forward new requirements on the relationship between teachers and students.The relationship between teachers and students is a part of teaching activities.The establishment of a good relationship between teachers and students plays an important role in improving the teaching effect of ideological and political courses in senior high schools,however,there are still some problems in the relationship between teachers and students,so how to establish a good relationship between teachers and students is an urgent problem to be solved.The new curriculum reform not only makes the new request to the high school thought political lesson teaching,but also provides the important reference and the instruction for the teacher-student relations establishment and the development?Based on the background of the new course reform and the particularity of the ideological and political course teaching in senior high school,this paper aims to provide suggestions and references for the establishment of good teacher-student relationship in the ideological and political course teaching in senior high school,to improve the quality of classroom teaching and the timeliness of teaching.This article is mainly composed of five parts.The first part is the introduction.Combining with the new requirements of the state and the new curriculum reform policy to the teachers of ideological and Political Education,the research background of this paper is expounded.The purpose and significance of this paper are introduced.This paper summarizes and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad on the issue of teacher-student relationship in the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school.On this basis,the research methods,research ideas,innovation points are described in detail.The second part mainly defines the connotation of teacher-student relationship.The different models of the relationship between teachers and students were sorted out and elaborated.This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the teacher-student relationship in the ideological and political course teaching in senior high school in comparison with the teacher-student relationship in different subjects and stages.This paper expounds the new requirements of the new curriculum reform policy on the relationship between teachers and students in the teaching of ideological and political courses in senior middle schools.This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing a good teacher-student relationship in the teaching of ideological and political course in senior high school from three aspects: the healthy development of students psychology and personality,the achievement of teaching effect of ideological and political course in senior high school and the cultivation of core quality.The third part mainly adopts the form of questionnaire survey,through the survey results collation and analysis,to provide a scientific and reliable basis for follow-up research and analysis.In the analysis of the questionnaire results,the author finds that there are some problems in the relationship between teachers and students,such as poor communication,strong utility,lack of trust and respect,and some students neglect the teaching of politics and the role of the relationship between teachers and students.The fourth part is based on the status quo of the relationship between teachers and students,to find out the problems of the relationship between teachers and students in the ideological and political teaching of high school and analyze the specific reasons for these problems.After relevant research and analysis,the author thinks that the causes of many problems mainly lie in the following four aspects: The influence of the inter-generation relationship on the teacher-student relationship,the restriction of the traditional teaching ideas on the teacher-student relationship,the hindrance of the single teaching evaluation mode on the teacher-student relationship,and the influence of the new college entrance examination mode on the status of the ideological and political lesson in senior high school.The fifth part,based on the reasons of the problems existing in the relationship between teachers and students,points out the principles to be grasped in establishing a good relationship between teachers and students,that is,according to the requirements of the new curriculum reform on the curriculum,following the characteristics of the physical and mental development of high school students,and observing the basic principles of “Understanding,equality and sharing”,and try to put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem: correctly handle the intergenerational relationship between teachers and students,update teachers' teaching ideas in a timely manner,improve teachers' teaching evaluation ability,guide students to correctly understand the role of ideological and political lessons in high schools,and improve teachers' teaching practice ability,in order to establish a good relationship between teachers and students to provide a scientific and effective method.
