A Study On The Image Of The Ideal Head Teacher In The Memory Of College Students

After more than 70 years of localization,Banzhuren system introduced from the Soviet Union has become an educational existence with Chinese characteristics.Most of the existing researches on the head teacher are from the perspective of the head teacher,and rarely from the perspective of the students.This is inconsistent with the "bottom-up" formation path of the Chinese head teacher system.Based on this,this research starts from the student's point of view and uses a mixed research method to study the image of the ideal class teacher in the students' minds to make up for the complement of existing research.The research is divided into three stages: First,through grounded theoretical research,we have obtained the ideal image of a class teacher in the minds of a student,which mainly involves "the role image of Banzhuren","the attitude of Banzhuren towards students and work","the quality of Banzhuren",There are four categories of "management methods and methods of class teachers".Through the analysis of the coding content under these four categories,we have initially obtained an image of the ideal head teacher in the minds of students,which is composed of the four images of "manager","relatives and friends","teacher" and "gentleman".Secondly,based on the results of grounded theoretical research,we designed a questionnaire.Through the descriptive analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,we have further clarified the respective characteristics of the four images of ideal head teachers in the minds of students,and discovered an ideal head teacher image centered on the "teacher".Once again,through cluster analysis,we further explored the relationship between the four images of ideal class teachers and the functions of different images,and obtained a combination of "manager" and "relatives and friends",and "teacher" and "gentleman" rely on each other.,The ideal head teacher image in the minds of students who integrate care,management,leadership,responsibility,education and guidance.This image of the ideal head teacher in the students' minds coincides with the worship system of “heaven-earth-sovereign-parent-teacher” that grew on the traditional Chinese power structure system of “integration of politics and science”.It reflects that after more than 70 years of localized development,China The head teacher system is an important "wedge" that connects tradition and modernity in Chinese school education,and constitutes an educational existence with Chinese cultural characteristics.At the end of the study,we interviewed 10 teachers who had worked as a class teacher to understand their understanding of the ideal image of a class teacher in the minds of students,listen to their feelings and thoughts about the work of Banzhuren,and put forward targeted opinions and suggestions for improving the work of Banzhuren.
