Research On The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of After-school Care In Primary Schools

For satisfying parents'and students'trusteeship demands,alleviating the burden of family,promoting the harmonious development of society.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the opinions on after-school trusteeship service for primary students(Hereinafter referred to as opinions).It encouraged and supported all local schools take after-school trusteeship service according to its own specific situation,ensure the safety of students after school and promote the development of students'physical and mental health.Subsequently,the Education Department of Shandong Province issued the opinions on after-school trusteeship services for primary and middle school students.It proposed that the trusteeship service is supposed to pursue the all-round development of students on the basis of their healthy growth.At the same time,the individual socialization need to be made a further progress at some extent.On December28^th,2018,the Ministry of Education issued the notifications of burden reduction measures for primary and middle school students.In order to solve the problems of the after-school trusteeship service,school in different regions should implement flexible school living for students.Aiming to expand the scope of education public service,improve the service level,meet the increasing educational needs of the people.On January 25^th,2019,Qingdao issued the notification of after-school trusteeship service for primary school students,It has made specific requirements on the time,content,organization form and subsidy distribution of the trusteeship.From the spring of 2019,all primary schools in Qingdao including Jiaozhou X primary school carry out the after-school trusteeship service together.Up to now,the after-school trusteeship service in school has been carried out for one and a half years.The needs of parents and students have been satisfied to a certain extent.Actually,there are still various problems during the actual operation of the trusteeship service.In the study,taking Jiaozhou X primary school as the research object,investigates the current situation of the trusteeship work,finds out the problems,analyzes the causes and puts forward countermeasures,so as to improve the trusteeship work of X primary school.The research consists of 5 sections.Section 1-introduction.Through the analysis of the background,purpose and significance of the topic selection,as well as the collation and analysis of relevant literature.This paper studies the origin of the concept,the implementation status,identifies the study thoughts and study methods,it also provides theoretical support for the research.Section 2-survey design and results analysis.Through the form of questionnaire and interview,investigates the cognition,demand,emotional attitude and satisfaction of the students,parents,teachers and school administrators in X primary school,and analyze the results.Section 3 consists of chapter 3 and chapter 4,which including proposal of the issue and reason analysis.The paper analyzes the problems of after-school trusteeship service in X primary school,such as insufficient understanding of cognition,ambiguity of target,and then take a deep discussion for the main reasons which generates the issues.Section 4-countermeasures analysis.This paper puts forward five measures such as broaden the content and form,optimize the teaching staff,develop operation process,establish revelent mechanism to promote the effective implementation of the after-school trusteeship service in X primary school.Section 5-conclusion.On the whole,this paper expounds the application of this research in improving the trusteeship work of X primary school,finds out the paper's shortcomings,and put forward improvement measures.
